Interior, exterior, food, lighting, Internet, parking, drinks, fellow customers, muzak, seating, chairs, dining, everything… three stars. You get the idea. Except one major item — the staff.
I was one of «those» who arrived really early, stayed way too long, and left without much fanfare. I needed a hotspot for work one day (and pretty much it was a whole day) in Hickory, NC, and this was it. I was there long enough to eat two full meals. How often does that happen? But the staff made me feel comfortable and not ruched at all. I really should have gotten there names… Congrats to the staff in ol’ Hickory, NC.
