Horrible customer service the girls behind the counter are very rude and unfriendly. They are never ready with your stuff when they say they will be. And they are not honest about why they won’t take any items say they are too worn when there is no wear on the clothes.

There are few times I complain about customer service because everyone can have a bad day. However the last 2 times I’ve been in this Platos, I’ve left with a very sour taste in my mouth.
I dropped a tote bag off at this location around 3pm, ending of my late lunch break. Hardly anyone spoke to me except clerk who was taking in items. Never was I told a time, I assumed 20 minutes since Platos is known for their quick turnaround. Finished my day at work & was back to pick up about 5:10 — 5:15, my office is close by. I walk in & NOT ONE ASSOCIATE GREETS ME. Not one. Of the 5 – 6 associates behind the counter whom ALL LOOKED STRAIGHT AT ME, not one smiled or flipped me the finger even!!! What the?! I mean did they all eat sour oats for breakfast?!
Oh wait, it gets better… My stuff had not even been sorted thru yet! I of course question why in TWO hours my stuff was still not ready. Her response? «Eh, we’ve been busy.» SERIOUSLY?!
After having to wait for manager who took 5 minutes to get to front, I explain situation & that its the second time this has happened & their customer service needs some attention, she just brushes it off.
I guess they all need some Red Bull, give em some wings or somethin.
