This place is awesome and very efficient!!! I have been going there since 2009 and I’m very happy with their work ethics. I would definitely recommend Shilpa for threading and facials. She is very gentle, kind and of coarse happy with every person. Thumbs up for this place

Went there last week to get eyebrows done. Loved the shape and people are so friendly and the atmosphere is so nice. Definitely recommend this place as its one of my favorite place. This is the best beauty parlor love it

The best beauty salon in LI especially for eyebrows. All the staff members are very professional and always strive to do the best they can. The owner is typically there and very accommodating and sweet if you have any issues — rater below might have misjudged.

Worst eyebrow salon I have ever been to. When you are the owner of a salon that «specializes» in eyebrows, you should probably take a class before you decide to own the salon. I went to Neelu and asked her to keep my eyebrows in the same shape and all it needed was a trim and cleanup. She changed my eyebrows entirely and they look like two different eyebrows entirely. I confronted her of the change and reminded her I wanted to keep them thick and her response was «I didn’t pay attention.» No apologies or anything. Never go here.

the younger skinny girl with long hair and pimples screwed up my eyebrows she threaded off a whole chunk in the middle of my eyebrow and when i said something she sat me back down tweezed one hair and said shes done im never going back there and i was a loyal customer there every month and spent good money there
