Been here twice and each time they are unable to make an ice coffee as asked. Last time i come here

I’ve never gotten the right thing in the 20+ times I’ve been here over the years. Service is terrible & got my order messed up with someone in the drive-​thru this morning & had to wait for them to remake it. Also, what kind of DD runs out of plain bagels at 10am? It just doesn’t make sense. Incompetent staff & poor coffee/​food making. Would not recommend

Clean with a friendly team, check. Well stocked shelves, check. FRESH donuts and muffins, check. The simple items required to make a successful DD.

This DD is actually pretty decent, it is fairly new. They always get my order right, but sometimes the donut options are lacking. It is a nice big DD, there is plenty of room on the inside to relax and not feel crowded like most DD’s.
The only bad thing is the parking situation. It’s such a small lot, and its on a hill so cars are either blocking someone or its a tight squeeze. It’s an accident waiting to happen, so hopefully they will extend it someday.
