This Dunkin’ Donuts is so hit or miss. Really the only reason I ever go there is the proximity to my house. The drive through is a nightmare and they almost always mess up my order. Somehow, there is always a trainee at the cash register, is it even possible to have so many new people? I guess people don’t like working there, as much as I don’t like going there. I tried to complain to management after one particular bad experience of having my order wrong three separate times(I finally just gave up), but no one ever called me back or seemed to care. If you can avoid this Dunkin, you’re better off!

Absolutely the WORST fucking dunkin ever! I live close to this one and the last 5 times I’ve gone in a row these bitches give me attitude at the window. Don’t tell you the total of your order, and they fuck your order up. I got a plain bagel toasted w veggie cream cheese and they didn’t toast it and put regular c c instead of veggie. All the females that work there are straight bitches. The guys are cool but not very good at following directions. I’m going across town from now on fuck these motherfuckers

This place is hit or miss, I go almost everyday and and every other day they get something in my order wrong, such as not adding sugar to a light and sweet coffee or putting fruit on an oatmeal I ordered with no fruit. Get your stuff together dunkin

Okay boys and girls, let’s see if you remember your analogies from school today: Dunkin’ Donuts is to Starbucks as McDonald’s is to Five Guys… which is not to say Dunkin’ Donuts is BAD, you just have to adjust your expectations accordingly. Their coffee is on the fast food-y end of things. Quirky about this location: Parking lot is a bit cramped. To try and remedy that, there are cones which make you go around the entire building once if you want to get in the Drive-Thru lane. It’s kind of weird, but just think of it as a car version of «musical chairs»…or something. Inside: This is a pretty newly built Dunkin’ Donuts(but hey, I remember back when it was a Bess Eaton, so I guess it’s all relative). Service: Quick enough, but don’t expect them to toast your bagel much. or really spread your cream cheese. Really depends on who you get, how busy they are, and what kind of mood they’re in. Coffee: Fine for the price. After frequenting Starbucks and coming back here, it’s kind of obvious how watered down their drinks are. Then again, you’re not going to get a large iced coffee anywhere else for as cheap. Overall: I only realized how much I miss DD once I left the state and moved to California, where we’re too stuck up for drive-thru coffee and donuts. Every time I come back to CT, DD is one of the first stops I make. It’s a cheap caffeine fix, that’s about it, but for me it’s got a bit of nostalgia. Final Note: This location isn’t open past midnight. If you want 24-hour bagels and donuts, head to the Washington St. location. Come to think of it, this should probably be a 3-star review, but I’m adding a star for the nostalgia factor. If you don’t realize the necessity for it, move across the country and tell me you don’t miss it… but I’ll probably call you a liar.

what’s up with the weird parking lot with traffic blocking posts and arrows that make you drive around the building to park. ok whatever, its just a coffee shop. honestly, it is a newer construction DD and the coffee was just fine. I used to go to the DD across the street until Jerry’s took over the plaza. Service was ok here.

I was a devoted follower of Dunkin when I lived in CT. Apparently, my local Dunkin in Texas just cannot make proper iced coffee. After three duds, I gave up. Now, back in CT, I stopped at Dunkin for iced coffee, and it was perfect! I get mine with cream and sugar(which TX turns into watery iced milk) and this cup had a nice rich coffee flavor, yet still creamy and sweet. Drive-thru is very fast and friendly staff.

5 Star? Sure. We’ll do it. Hey, if like us you are headed to Superior Court down the road to fight a speeding ticket, you need to stop through for a hearty breakfast. Egg & sausage sandwich on croissant, hash browns and a butternut crunch donut for dessert. Then, a second stop for an iced light & sweet, celebrating victory post-court:) Maybe it was the perfect CT July morning. Or, maybe it was the drive after. Maybe it was winning. We think it was the awesome people and high quality DD products not always guaranteed at every DD. So, make a point of stopping through Middletown, CT and enjoying a Dunkin at this location. Plenty of parking and scenic CT make this an «Anytime!!»
