Thus location is disappointing, staff is nice enough but my order was terrible. All I ordered was egg and cheese on an English muffin and they burnt the cheese on it. Disgusting! It was 1 in the afternoon, I could be lenient with the morning rush but there’s no excuse for this

This location always seems to disappoint me. Coffee tastes burnt and consistently out of plain bagels even at 5am. Staff hardly ever seems pleasant. I continue to give them a chance because on the rare occasion I have gotten a nice employee. It’s also the closest location to my home. And works in a pinch.

In the past I have been frustrated with this particular location because they seem to be chronically out of most variety of donuts and muffins. However, today tops everything I have ever experienced at a drive thru window for rudeness. I arrived in line and there was a long line ahead of me — perhaps 7 cars, so I had a ways to go to order. Unfortunately, I got so focused on the car ahead and thoughts of what I needed to get done that I drove right by the microphone. There were cars behind me so I couldn’t back up and there is no way to get out of line. When I arrived at the window I told the young girl that I had forgotten to order. She turned around to a young man standing directly behind her, obviously her supervisor, possibly training her, and explained that I forgot to order. Without turning his head to look at me he told her that I had to drive around and get back in line. I looked behind me and there were 7 – 8 cars now behind me. I wanted 3 hot black coffees. He could have poured those in less than a minute or had me pull up front and brought them out, but to tell the window person without looking at me «she has to drive around and get back in line» is ridiculous and unbelievably rude. I generally buy 2 – 3 coffees a day and 1 – 2 breakfast sandwiches a week at this location, however I will not ever patronize them again.

I am done with this place. I order a decaf iced drink and it’s almost always made with«caffeinated» coffee. They almost never get it right or even mark the cup. On more than one occasion, I went back through the drive-thru to reorder the same drink. When I arrived back at the window, no one even said«sorry for the inconvenience«or «sorry you had to go thru again» –nothing except rudely handing me the re-made drink. Often they don’t hand napkins, or even bother to wipe the wet, dripping cup, or even stir the contents. Or, it’s filled so high, you put in the straw and coffee comes spilling out of the cup onto me or my console. Another time I sipped it at the window detecting it was caffeinated. They asked me to pull out of line– except early am there’s no where to park! Parking lot a cluster. The morning staff is hardly even friendly! Last I knew, Dunkin Donuts was a service oriented business; this location knows nothing about customer service. I’ve only continued to return because it was more convenient on my way to work. I’ll be going to another location from here forward– even if it adds time to my commute.

dunkin is the best place and only place to get coffee in town if you want good coffee. i just wish they had a wider flavor range like starbucks. but their turkey cheddar bacons are the best! i always get them with no cheese and extra sauce and they always mess it up but overall their coffee is good.

Great place for a coffee or tea. But if you have donuts in your company name, you really shouldn’t be out of almost every type of donut at 1pm.

On our way to Rhode Island, my mom and I stopped at this drive-through when we became suddenly hungry while driving Route 66. It was a frustrating experience. The guy on the drive-through may or may not have been new, but either way he couldn’t hear us. We had to repeat everything three times, which exasperated me to no end. He misheard my mom’s coffee order, and as we approached the window I told her to double check before driving away. So when we got to the window, my mom asked about it, and sure enough, they had to go back in and do it right. They were all really friendly, and I couldn’t stay mad, but they couldn’t hear us so as far as I know they had no idea what they were doing. If I go back again I’ll update, hopefully from a better experience.

Typical D&D. The only thing is there are papers always in the floor and tables need to be clean.

A Dunkin is a Dunkin pretty much wherever you are, with the one exception at each location being the staff. The staff at this DD was fantastic! They were friendly and my order was taken correctly without having to repeat it. I was even asked if I would like a flavor in my iced latte, which hasn’t happened at other DDs. The 24 hour drive thru is also a major plus!

Great coffee, as with most Dunkin Donuts, but what I really like is the large seating area. Lots of tables to sit at and free WiFi to go with it!

Dunkin Donuts is. dunkin donuts, always pretty much the same. The coffee, it is coffee and i wouldn’t call it great but it is better than a lot of other options. They built this new DD a few blocks from the one on the other side of washington street so people wouldn’t have to cross traffic and this one has a drive thru so lazy people don’t have to get out of their cars — actually, the parking lot is pretty small and sucks so most people won’t want to get out of their cars anyways. When this DD opened, they closed on that was about a quarter mile further up the road by Home Depot. This location is just like the rest; same coffee, same donuts, etc etc. but this one is a new building, so its super-clean and minty fresh. When i was in there some kids were hanging out and one was playing guitar — it was like a REAL café. crazy!
