SKIPTHISRESAURANT if you are Vegetarian, too expensive! Limited veg choices. $ 6.50 for lettuce/tomato/avocado small sandwich that had no taste. Very nice staff here though. You get much better value and yummy food at other area delis(Capra’s on Hwy 68).

This place has really gone downhill. They got rid of punch cards for a point based card system. Most of the fantastic employees have left and I rarely see the owner anymore. The food doesn’t seem as good either but that’s possibly due to the change in atmosphere. At night the place is dead and employees are not friendly at all. Better at lunch, but nothing like it used to be.

This has become my favorite sandwich chain since I found the one in Winston a couple years ago. Its like Subway on steroids. They have a couple dozen different sandwich styles in 3 different sizes and seems like 50 topping choices. You can also get a salad with any of them as well. I love their ordering system where you grab a paper bag, choose your sandwich and toppings, then hand it to the cashier. Sure beats getting stuck behind a pack of screaming brats with lousy parents or indecisive goofballs that are overwhelmed by the 8 veggie choices at Subway.

What a change. The options changed, as did the quality. I am sorely disappointed. There goes my 4 stars

Haven’t had a sub that I didn’t like from here. The giant selection and freedom to customize your sandwich is awesome. Their ingredients always seem fresh. The staff have all been very friendly each time I’ve been in there. Great addition to High Point!

I think WW is superior to Subway… Fresher ingredients and more interesting menu. The staff is courteous, personable and helpful.

Although I find the ordering process kind of gimmicky, i thought the food was great. The menu has some interesting options compared to Subway & Jimmy Johns. It wasn’t very busy the weeknight I was here, but I imagine if it was lunch time it might take a while to place your order. It cost about the same as Jersey Mikes, and a bit more than Subway. I’d definitely go back. The staff was friendly & helpful.

This was the first time I have ever been to a Which Wich and I absolutely love it! Great prices and the staff is always friendly. I love the ordering process, writing on the bag makes it very fun! There are so many options of sandwiches there is something for everyone! I am definitely becoming a regular here!

Which wich is located in a strip mall that shares a large parking lot with several other stores. Upon entering, there is a large counter with brown bags and pens with a large menu above it on the wall. Each bag corresponds to type of sandwich. You can just check off the stock sub or make your own little slice of «wich» heaven. I had a rough time deciding between the buffalo chicken sub or the«Elvis». I opted for the buffalo chicken and it was not too shabby. The bread was toasted and delicious. The chicken and toppings were spot on in the flavor dept. My only complaint, and it pains me to the core to say this because I adore condiments, was that the buffalo sauce on my sub was abit heavy handed. All and all the prices were slightly higher then Subway, and about equal to Jimmy Johns. The service was very good, with the staff very friendly. Both the wife and I enjoyed the experience and food, so we will definitely return.

I walked into Which Wich and checked out the menu board and bag setup on the wall. I heard that it’s a very different ordering experience than most sub shops. The cashier came out from behind the counter to greet me and was extremely friendly. She had probably seen that lost look many times before and explained to me how the ordering process worked. You decide which sandwich you want, grab a brown paper bag, fill out the brown paper bag(menu listed) and turn the bag in to the cashier then pay. When your sandwich is ready, it’s served to you in the same paper bag you turned in. The cashier recommended the new original Philly cheese steak sandwich. I decided to go with it. They have a large plastic soda cup which costs like $.25 — $.50 more than the small, and it is refillable on future visits for LESS money than the small cup. Easy up-sell to me. The Philly cheese steak was delicious and had great flavor. I really liked the bread used for the sub. It was nice and toasty on the outside and soft on the inside. Overall, the ordering process was super efficient and clever. I like their style.

My first visit here at Which Wich, and I was a little amused by the ordering system of picking a bag and building your sandwich. I guess this could be «fun» for some folks, but Subway is a lot faster. Overall the place was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very courteous and friendly. There was no line, so I was a little puzzled by how long it took to get my order for a steak and cheese sandwich. The food was good, price was reasonable, experience was okay, and I’ll reuse my bag to order the next time I go.

I love all the Which Wich places! This one is no exception. EXTREMELY quick service, especially considering my husband gets everything but the kitchen sink on his! We hit them right at lunchtime and barely had our drinks before the delicious food was ready! Very friendly staff, clean restaurant, amazing food that is always done correctly… Nom nom nom!

For whatever reason, I really wanted a French Dip sandwich and this national chain had recently opened this location, so we gave it a try. We used their online ordering and it worked very well — much better than marking up a brown paper bag, especially considering all the choices with toppings, bread, etc. When we walked in, our order was all bundled up and ready to go. We ordered a small French Dip($ 5.25), a medium Chicken($ 9.25 with the addition of avocado), a small Grinder, aka Italian sub,($ 5.25), and a small Gyro($ 5.25). All 4 sandwiches were pretty good, though I wouldn’t call them great — everything was fresh tasting, the fillings were well sized, and the bread was excellent. The Gyro was surprisingly good — the meat was sliced very thin, was tender and full of flavor, though it would have been better in a pita. This is an interesting concept that allows you to pick a specialty sandwich, customize it, or build your own creation from scratch, but I’m not sure that this would be the place to go for a classic sandwich, like a Reuben or a BLT — not every sandwich goes well on a sub roll. The variety that is offered here makes this a better choice than most of the sub chains in the area, and the quality of the ingredients seems better. Not everyone will be a fan of the ordering process. They have cookies and shakes, and offer a few breakfast sandwiches, as well. They also offer chips, but no fries. The pricing is reasonable, and you can order your sandwich in small, medium, or large. The folks here were friendly and very efficient. We’ll come back from time to time.

This is a fun place as far as how you order with your own special little brown bag. There are tons of things to choose from as well. I actually prefer the different kinds of toppings and the amount you get for what you pay over any Subway. At most places these days you get more bread than anything else; not at Which Wich. You get plenty of the good stuff and I have yet to be disappointed with anything I’ve gotten there. I got two sandwiches(one for dinner and one for lunch the next day). I had the sandwich on Special«Wicked Wich» which was amazing. I also had the Egg Salad Sandwich which was great with some provolone cheese. Service was nice and quick. I’m in.

To begin, the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful in explaining their ordering system. But unfortunately, that’s where things began to go down hill. Granted, it was during lunch rush and most people there were learning their system as well, but this was so unnecessarily over-complicated for a sandwich shop. It’s like the U-scan lines at grocery stores… why make an employee do the work when the customer can take their own order? They use a bag system, which is simple enough to figure out; choose the type of sandwich you want, pick up the corresponding bag, check off the stuff you want on it, write your name, pay and wait on your sub. Sounds easy, right? But somehow they’ve managed to make lunch feel like a cross between herding cats and taking the SATs. This is due to the fact they have a decently large menu. There are 10 sandwich bag categories to pick from with multiple base sandwiches to choose from. Then the list of toppings, sauces, veggies, spreads is fairly expansive as well. So when the line begins to form under the menu board it turns into a mess of people reaching across each other, trying to figure out which bag goes with what sandwich, and reading through each and every option to figure out what they want on it. To add to the mess, there were a few individuals who because they felt they knew exactly what they wanted pushed their way through an older couple to get their order in quickly. Because being rude for a sub is totally worth it. But once that headache was over, and I finally got my sub, I realized I paid $ 10+ for chips, a drink, and a sub that was, quite frankly, average at best. If you’re going to try it, and I’m sure I will again as the menu is quite big, I suggest reading up on the menu before going or wait until the rush dies down. Your sanity will thank you.

Which which is another take on your fast casual sub shop. I thought it had several unique elements compared to others like it : — Homemade chips — Shakes and cookie ice cream sandwiches — a R and D menu item — changes regularly — Breakfast subs all day The order process is fun in that you grab a bag and select what type of sub you want. A pretty solid list of options overall plus a solid kids menu. Staff was nice and proactive. The space is a little tight and from a taste standpoint my sub was good not great. Overall I like the variety and will be back.

The place is now open. Staff is super friendly and sandwiches are great. Plenty options to choose from. If you have never been to this restaurant, one of the staff members will gladly assist you with which wich’s unique style of ordering. I recommend you check it out. I have so far ordered the black bean patty and the caprese option under vegetarian, not sure I spelled that right. I hope to try more options soon.

This location is not open yet. Sooo that was fun. Great place to grab a sandwich though. Went to a Georgia location and fell in love. I’m use to pot belly up in Illinois. This holds me over and well… I love all the option. Can’t wait till it opens.
