Zaxby’s

Dining area was so untidy with the floor needing to be wiped of spill. We were in need of a quick bite on our way home so chose this site. Would not return based on experiences at other Zaxby’s. Obviously the manager here doesn’t ensure the staff complete assigned roles. Cleanliness is everyone’s duty thought.

So, I know this is a fast food place but, wanted to give it a review as it is one of the newer Zaxby’s in the area.
I’ve visited this location about a dozen times in the last year and a half and it seems as of late that the quality and cleanliness of the establishment is trending downward. During my last visit, the tables were dirty, there was no un-​sweet tea and there was no diet ginger ale or regular ginger ale in the drink machine. The staff seemed disorganized and like they had gotten behind on prep work.
My meal was good. However, it was not the best I have had there. Still, the chicken was good and flavorful and the fries were hot and fresh.
All in all, adding up all the times I have visited this establishment, it works out to about three stars.

My family and I went to Zaxby’s and we are usually very satisfied with the food and the service at this restaurant. Today, though, was a different story. The counter staff acted as if they cared less whether we were there or not. We ordered our usual chicken finger plates and slaw usually comes with the plate.
The slaw on this trip smelled and tasted like sour milk. My husband took only one bite of the slaw and nearly gagged from the taste. He took the slaw back to the counter and all the counter staff said was that they were sorry about that. No offer of a replacement or anything else.
We will continue to dine at Zaxby’s but we will be more diligent about which location we stop at next time.

Yummy! I never tried Zaxby’s before, but their food is awesome. The onion rings were awesome and the salads were great. A little more than other fast food joints, but good. Our kids’ grilled cheese was the best we have seen. It was a great stop!
