The service is pretty good here. Like at most hardware stores, it’s hard to find help,
but when you do, they generally point you in the right direction.
They have ample parking, and you can bring your car to the door after checkout if
you have a lot of big heavy items.

Eastlake, OH
Decent store. Decent employees. Loses a star cause the traffic can be bad getting in and out sometimes but that’s a minor complaint. Easy access from the freeway so it’s a common stop for me. I can’t stand Lowes, so this is my store! Enjoy!

This is a great store and I don’t know what the other two were complaining about. It is near the freeway and easily accessible with a huge parking lot. I have always been cheerfully helped by the employees, especially in the garden and outdoor tool department!

I’m really not sure why I dislike Home Depot so much but this specific location is ass backwards. I never find what I’m looking for and the employees do a lot of bs’ing and standing around. Compared to the shopping experience at Lowes, Home Depot is just bush league.
Last 3 visits to HD, I ended up going to Lowes to find what I needed. Save yourself some time and money, go to Dunn or Lowes instead.

Extremely unhelpful customer service! With Lowes and other home improvement stores in the area, I will be shopping exclusively at competitors’ stores from now on.
