Worst experience ever here! First of all we showed up Sunday ¹⁄₃₁ before the store was open. Door was open so we didn’t pay attention to the operating hours and just walked in. A guy in back, can’t remember his name, bald, yelled out «I guess we will open early today» in a snide voice. We apologized for not realizing this which in hindsight we should not have because it wasn’t our fault the door was open.
Now to preface this visit I would like to say that my boyfriend and I were taking our first look at beds and were not planning on buying one that day but were getting an idea what is out there seeing as we haven’t bought a bed in about 8 years.
The bald gentleman then gave a brief explaination how each bed was marked and walked back to his desk to eat. We walked around while he finished his breakfast at his desk in back and then after he was done eating he asked what we were looking for. I mentioned a few things and then asked if they had any old model box springs or mix matched colored ones due to the fact that you can save a bit of money that way if you don’t mind them not matching the mattress. He scowled at me and said I can make you a deal on any bed today and we don’t have that. I then said we weren’t going to purchase a bed today because we were just looking and then he said «I can’t do anything for you then» and walked away. At this point I had had it with this guys rude attitude and we decided to leave. On our way out he gave us his last pitch and said that its the end of the quarter and that no better deals will be made than today! Thanks buddy but no thanks… you killed it when we first walked into the door that was supposed to be locked if you wanted to finish your breakfast!

We had an excellent experience with our rep. We got a mattress we love for a great price with all his help! The delivery was on time, quick, and they were super plus. We will most likely buy our next matress with them. And will send friends you’re way!

We walked in to look at mattresses and mattresses pads. After walking around the store for 10 minutes and finally calling out hello and then looking in the back to find absolutely no one in the store. Left a sticky note saying they lost a sale because there was no one there to help us. As we were leaving, 2 people walked in from the back door (guessing returning from a smoke break), but we left anyway. Certainly not the way to run a shop especially Black Friday weekend.

Joanne was very experienced, kind, and understanding of my organizations needs. Additionally, she provided us great customer experience when we needed further assistance on a separate purchase.

We were prepared for a long ride while buying three mattresses. To our surprise, a great sales manager, Cori, made it very easy for us. Within 1 hour we were able to finalize our purchasing decision, thanks to Cori’s educated approach and information sharing. Cori was able to win our trust from the time we walked into the store and took care of our needs like an old friend.
We hope that the actual comfort level with mattresses over the next few years is as good as the comfort level we had with Cori’s sales process.

We bought a very nice twin bed mattress today for my daughter and the store manager Bryan was helpful, straightforward, knowledgeable and made us a deal comparable to the best stuff at any big box store — we had done comparison shopping. We ended up buying top of the line but SO worth it! TRULY the comfort and quality of this mattress is something that my daughter, who has a disability, will cherish and appreciate every single day as she gets in bed. A pleasant shopping experience, a high quality product, and great salespeople.

Recently needed a mattress and time was limited. Salesperson named Cody helped us, and he was so professional and efficient. The whole process was hassle-​free! We have purchased mattresses at other stores before but have not yet encountered a salesperson as helpful as Cody.

Mattresses are one of those things you don’t usually buy all the time but when you do they end up being an important purchase. I am giving 5 stars because thats exactly the experience I got. I walked in and was greeted immediately by the very friendly store manager Bryan. I am not very picky but I do know what I like and what I don’t and Bryan did a great job in sizing up my needs quickly. His questions included bed size, sleeping preferences, problem areas for sleep or support for neck, back, hips, & alignment, did I sleep alone and my girlfriends preferences. The other really important question he asked me was if I went from a queen to king if I had the space in the current room as well as room to move in a larger mattress through my hallways. He then asked/​informed me that if I had or would be purchasing new furniture that the current or future headboard & footboard would be different sizes if I changed bed sizes which made me feel he was very considerate to my current and future surroundings and not just trying to sell me something. As I explained I would be moving in the next 6 months he also mentioned that space could change and to consider my purchase coincide with the timeframe I would be staying in that bed for. He directed me first to a similar bed to what I described I had and then explained to me the different options and comfort preferences available. He was also very forthcoming with what deals they had and I didn’t feel like I was being pushed to spend more than I needed or wanted however was left feeling informed on what was available to me. I decided to stick with a queen totally in my budget with a plan to return to Bryan when I move and purchase a much more expensive king from him. What I was very impressed with was when I said this is the one I wanted, he knew off-​hand how many he had in stock and offered me a delivery time of like the next day. I told him that was awesome but I was ready for a good night sleep and was going to take home myself and all I needed was a hand taking the pieces out to my vehicle and I could handle the rest. He helped me to my car, offered me rope if I needed it, made sure I was safely loaded up, shook my hand, and sent me on my way. My whole experience took about 30 minutes which was amazing and after 2 great nights sleep in my new bed I’m confident that 5 stars is an understatement and that Bryan and that store are definitely Bedding Experts!
