The absolute worst service ever! Beware! I have had a serious problem with my townhouse for over a year now. I have been the owner for 13+ years now. The service was great until the women, Ginny, who handled Lighthouse Bay tragically passed away and was replaced by a new woman, btw I think everyone in Lighthouse Bay knows her name, around 4 or 5 years ago. She NEVER returned phone calls and occasionally returned emails. Also EVERY concern that I have encountered under her has never been fixed! I have found out today that Midlantic Property has been replaced effective Jan 1 2016. THANK GOD! Anything has to be somewhat of an improvement! I still DO NOT have any resolution to the existing situation. Condo Associations beware of this company! I am a business owner and am very easy to please however I felt I have no other choice than to post this review as it is the first review I have posted.

I have owned under this «property management» company for over 10 years and I have to say that have gotten worse! If there was an option for 0 stars, I would give it to them. In addition, they keep the property maintained horribly. I wish another company would come and save us all. The people who work in the office are rude, disrespectful, and NEVER keep their word.

THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED. It does not respond consumers’ complaints with the BBB. It took eleven months for this property management company, after they were hired, to inform homeowners there were serious accounting deficit created by the builder. Homeowners are ignored and prevented to ask questions in rude manner during meetings. This company is definitely not recommended due its questionable management and lack of professionalism.

Nature of the Complaint: Customer Service Issues
Consumer’s Original Complaint:
It took eleven months for this property management company, after they were hired to manage our community, to inform homeowners we had serious accounting issues. The company does not acknowledge their performance is below expectations and demonstrated lack of judgement when they failed to inform to inform stakeholders (homeowners) for 11 months. When Homeowners try to ask questions about their work performance and lack of judgement during meetings and what matter the most to clarify the serious accounting issues, homeowners are ignored and even blocked in rude manner.
Consumer’s Desired Resolution:
1. Homeowners should not be kept in the dark when there are serious accounting issues that affect them and their families.
2. Company should learn to acknowledge when the service they are providing is well below standards.
3. Do not block homeowners in rude and/​or any manner, when they need to ask questions during meetings.
4. Homeowners know what the Owner did unethically using dissenting homeowners with their presence and without informing homeowners that vote to pass a maintenance increase, which had already been discussed and approved.

It’s unfortunate that I can’t give less then one star. These people just blatantly don’t care. It’s far more unfortunate that they are linked with the beautiful house I currently live in. The house and property are magnificent; all thanks entirely to the tenets that do EVERYTHING outside and in. This «management» company is hardly worth dealing with. If you have a short fuse for bad customer service, avoid this company at all costs

My poor review for this company still does not change. I got a «notification» for parking in PARKING SPOT for residents that’s in front of the entrance. note: the actual door to enter the building is about 6 feet away from my car. It was a designated parking spot. Yet, I’ve parked «too close» to their liking. How about not putting a parking spot in front of the entranceway then? These people are full of crap and have nothing else to do then to drive around in their truck at night and see how and where you park. And every threat is to «boot your car». They are beyond micromanaging. A little power and they think they can rule the world.
