Best Chinese restaurant ever. Ever. And I really mean that. Sweet owners and clean restaurant as I’ve picked up take out many many times. I have tried countless Chinese restaurants all around the US and the world and none have even compared to or come close to New China.(Besides a couple places in Hong Kong) The owner and her family are all very nice. Their schezwan chicken is like no other you will ever have, extremely delicious(I get it extra spicy). We also get their vegetable fried rice, vegetable egg rolls, Mongolian shrimp, mushroom egg foo young, sweet and sour chicken, Kung pao shrimp & chicken, crab Rangoon(it has plenty of crab unlike other places), And their potstickers. Give New China a chance and you will not be disappointed. Most of the negative reviews are for not providing chopsticks, or something to do with delivery. The food is legit as I am the pickiest of picky eaters. My extended family live in the area and we drive every Sunday to have New China weekly. They have been ordering here for 15 years and won’t go anywhere else.

Great Chinese take out! My fav dishes are: veggie egg rolls, veggie fried rice, veggie egg foo young, Cantonese pan fried noodles, szechauan & Kung pao chicken, Mongolian shrimp. We order from here once a week. They also deliver & do take credit cards just not Amex. Very friendly-been ordering here for 20 years!

The staff are very nice. I have had the mongolian beef which was pretty good. The next day I ordered the pepper steak which was just ok, I had better. I ordered crab ragoon and it was pretty nasty, I could mostly taste cream cheese and only a little of the crab which I think was frozen or canned but I won’t get it again.

Very good lunch option. Tasty and reasonable prices. Lunch is around $ 6.50 for entrée, rice and egg roll. Friendly staff and quick. We walk in, order and got food in about 8 minutes.

Very disappointing. An hour after placing an order for delivery, and they are still cooking our order. Also, they lie on their web site — they do not accept credit cards for delivery orders! We won’t order from then again!

Very good local Chinese restaurant. Phone person is always friendly. Food is always hot and freshly cooked. I probably take out from here twice a month.

The lady that runs the place has a very bad attitude, just not nice! The food is even worse.

Nice take out place… Amy is always nice on the phone and in person. We order a lot of Chinese at various places and this stacks up. Egg rolls and pot stickers are always great. The mongolian chicken or beef are excellent too. They have a depth of flavor. maybe the heat with which its cooked. but it has that somwthing extra… good quality give it try

Ordered food on Christmas Day(a well established busy day for Chinese food). Ordered at 5:30pm and was told 2 hours. Tried calling to get an update at 7:15 and they rudely hung up on us. Arrived at 7:30 per there provided time and was greeted by a dozen plus people waiting for their orders. When we inquired as to the status of our order, we were told, «oh it’s almost ready, a few more dishes». They said the same thing to everybody that asked which was obviously a lie. The complete lack of integrity in their customer service was appalling. They were very happy though to let people pay for their meals. It baffles me that a business can be so unorganized and unprofessional. We waited an extra hour standing around twiddling our thumbs. Meaning it took 3HOURS for our food, an hour more that they told us. In fact, there was someone else there who had ordered at 4:30 and 4 hours later he too still did not have his order! At least in the end they gave us everything we ordered… Chinese food makes this day for me, and New China let me done. Shameful.

Best Chinese takeout in the area by far. Food is always good and suprisingly authentic(I’m asian so you can say it’s asian approved). I love fried rice hoowever there are a few places that make it the way I like it. flavor filled. Awesome honey walnut shrimp. They make their own buttered sauce! Mmm. Everything I’ve had here has never been a let down. Every since new management took over the customer service has been delightful(Amy who runs the place is super sweet and so warm). Also, where else can you get fresh fruit bubble tea with tapioca in the area? No where. I promise you. Love this place.

I must say that when you first see this place you wonder if everything is really going to be good. The décor is to be desired but the food is WONDERFUL. The fried rice is delicious. So glad to have found this place.

Some of the best take out I have had. I have been going here for years. They are remodeling the whole place and it already looks a lot better. Great fried rice, egg rolls and egg foo young. Since I don’t eat meat I can’t comment on that, but my family likes everything they have ordered, chicken and beef. Good lunch specials. Give them a try.

Fast and hot, but not much flavor. Hot and sour soup had no spice or flavor. Szechuan chicken ok but again not much flavor.

Pretty good stuff outta this place. We got takeout on one of the busiest Chinese food days of the year and the only thing i thought was wrong with the food was the chicken being a bit dry. The bbq pork chow fen was freaking great and their combo lo mein was really good. The bbq pork pieces we mostly good, some a little dry and some a little fatty. The shrimp was perfect and delicious. The only thing bad about the fried rice was that it needed a little more flavor(salt or onion would have done the trick) and maybe some more fried egg but everything else about it was mmm mmm good. The crab rangoon was really good especially if you like the more crabby taste and less cheese. It was like all crab, yum! The wontons were not what i thought so i was disappointed with that, but it was my own fault since i didn’t ask. Never knew about this place and it definitely competes with the other Chinese places out in the suburbs. Will definitely be back This isn’t the absolutely cheapest place i have been too but it is definitely not expensive, prices are fair UnilocalITFOOLS!

I’m torn, there were aspects of my meal I enjoyed but many parts not so much. First the petty — hey, where were my fortune and/or almond cookies. Nothing. Second, my Crab Rangoon looked great — you could actually see the crab inside the puff. However, there was no taste other than the sauce. None. I stopped eating them after 2 and tossed them out. Third, my entrée looked and tasted fresh, but all I tasted was celery. Also I paid 2 dollars extra for a combo including shrimp. Two, only two shrimp in a full dinner order? huh? Also the chicken and pork were chewy. I eventually just ate my noodles with the celery sauce. I’m not sure if it was an off night, given all the glowing Unilocal reviews. But for me, one and done!

This is one of those places where you have to know what to get, but if you do, you will score big. I will put their mongolian beef up against anybody’s. Their egg rolls are awesome. Their potstickers are HUGE and are delicious. Fried Rice is similarly tasty. Unfortunately, most of the chicken dishes don’t impress me as much as the above, but they’re still pretty good. Best part is it’s CHEAP and they load up the containers full of food.

Did take out for the first time the other night from here. I am on a quest to find the best Mongolian Chicken, so I ordered one of these and one order of pork fried rice. I had not phoned ahead so I had to wait. The wait was not too long and the food came out piping hot. I was disappointed in the chicken, though it tasted alright the spice level wasn’t there. The pork fried rice was very tasty but was a much darker color than I am used to and they were a bit shy with the pork. As a take-out joint I would rate them pretty high and would definitely use them again. Although I might delve deeper into the menu next time.

A good carry out Chinese restaurant. The strip mall joint has two tiny tables, but I would not recommend dining in. They said the food would take about 10 minutes, but it took a little while longer… which normally isn’t a big deal, but I had to get back to work. I ordered one of the lunch specials, Orange Chicken. It was pretty good, again for a carry out place and the price I paid, I have nothing to complain about. The lunch portions are fairly big, I could not even finish it all. The the lunch special options come with fried rice and an egg roll as well… a very good deal for $ 5 or $ 6! What I learned is call ahead and order your food for pick up. Then, you can park in a ten minute spot right in front and not worry about returning from your lunch break on time! Does not accept Discover Card.
