I have been going to group boot camp classes with my husband since mid-​July. Owner trainer Gregg provides great planned classes, watches and corrects your form, engages everyone in the class and always has great music playing. Equipment is always available and kept clean. All exercise levels are welcome and if you need certain exercises modified, Gregg is able to suggest other routines that are appropriate for your level. I’ve always enjoyed pushing myself here and seeing my fitness level progress. Online scheduling also makes it convenient. An added plus… Baxter, Gregg’s adorable dog! Try V3 if you are looking for a great workout and a place where you want to stay!

The trainers at V3 Performance will take your workout to the next level! I love how the workouts are specific to MY goals and how MY body responds. I’ve done exercises I never even tried before but the trainers are so involved and hands on they are always right there with me assuring my form is correct. (I have bad knees so I really appreciate that!) If your resolution this year is «new year, new me!» Then do yourself a favor and check out v3 performance. They will take your fitness dream and make it a reality one rep at a time.
