I was helped by a worker named Bridget. She was awsome! Took great care of me. I went in there with all kinds of foot issues. Over pronation to subtle supination when im walking, flat feet, wide feet etc. She diagnosed exactly what my issue was and prescribed me a perfect shoe for me. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the care. I was very impressed with the service. Never have I had anyone take that much care into my feet gait/​foot issues and getting me the best shoe to fit my needs. Thank you Bridget at Highland Village in Dallas TX. Thanks also to Jacob from Hibbert Sports at Golden Triangle Mall for referring me to them. I walked out with a Saucony Guide 9 pair of shoes. Felt like walking on clouds. This Lukes Locker location has the best customer service ever. The staff went above and beyond to make sure they found the training shoe I had been searching for. The first size didn’t fit perfectly and instead of trying to make the sale they offered to order another pair to make sure I was happy. This was after calling five stores in the first place just to find the shoe for me!

This Luke’s location has a really awesome, and helpful staff that are willing to take care of any athletic concern you may have. I’ve purchased shoes and apparel the couple of times I’ve been, and each time I have at least two awesome employees talk to me for a minute or two about fitness. It’s safe to say they’re all knowledgeable about what products may be best for your feet, you just gotta let em know what style of shoe you prefer.
The quality of clothing is by far the top of the line here. Wide selection of popular brands, at more than fair prices. I’m pretty sure they have a giant calendar full of events for each month if you wanna get involved in some community running too.

Great place to get your athletic gear from shoes to clothes. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They helped me find the right shoe for me based on walk/​run. Very satisfied with my visit will be going back.
