Dick’s Sporting Goods

Its the de-​facto place to start for sporting goods. Stock and selection is massive, but it often seems like what I really want isn’t there.

Excellent Sporting Good Store for the whole family! They have clothes, shoes, and equipment for just about every sport or activity you can think of, indoors or outdoors. A surprisingly large selection of hunting, camping, and fishing gear… but then again we ARE in Texas. Git er dun!!!
Dicks always has the latest in athletic fashions, for working out or just for casual wear. I honestly could spend a small fortune here on cute work out and athletic gear… But I don’t NEED any more work out athletic clothes. Certainly not working out enough to justify it, and it’s not socially acceptable to wear spandex and running shoes everyday everywhere. I push that limit enough I’m sure. The running and fashionable athletic shoe selection is impressive and they have SO many cute shoes! I seriously would buy every pair if I was filthy stinking rich. Some people like to collect Minolo Blahnik or Prada heels, I’d like to collect cute sneakers! I love pretty heels but only need a couple pairs.
Anyhow, all tangents aside, I really like this store in general and this location is on par with the rest. Big, clean, well stocked, well staffed, nice location, nice building, nice shopping center, nice parking lot.
It can be pricey but watch the circular in the newspaper because they run sales often and be sure to check the clearance and close out racks for the best deals!

I like the Dick’s in the Highlands better. This one is a lot smaller. Not as many things.
