James Espinosa, OD

Very pleased with Dr. Espinosa. He does a thorough exam, the office staff are all very nice. I have been using Dr. Espinosa for sbout 5 or 6 years now with no complaint.

Best optometrist ever. It is true he takes his time with each patient but with this there is set backs by a lot even with an appointment. However beware of the lack of correct communication between the girls upfront. They failed to tell my dad the insurance would not cover his eye exam and didn’t tell him till after his exam was done. Now this has also happened to me. The girl told me my insurance wouldn’t cover the accessories of both exams, I asked what she did she mean by that and she said «accessories as in contact lenses and frames for glasses» I thought I’d be fine because I don’t order my lenses from them nor did I need a new frame for glasses. She failed to mention that my insurance was not going to cover my exams. Now I’m stuck paying for both because of the lack of communication.

Awesome optometrist very friendly but be prepared to wait forever even with an appointment. This happens every time 2 plus hours behind. My son had an appointment at 1:30 didn’t want him missing school but only time they had available. Didn’t leave the office till 4:00

This is the guy that you would want to trust with your eyes people. Dr Espinosa is a perfect example of a professional eye doctor who actually cares about his patients and does a phenomenal job. Coming from a man who has refused to take a lunch break in 20 years, just shows how committed he is to this field. Don’t pass this man up ladies and gentleman.

My family and I have been patients at Dr. Espinosa’s office for years. The staff is very friendly and the Dr. sure knows his practice. We have nothing but good things to say as they always take care of us!

EXCELLENT OPTOMETRIST!!! He cares for my Whole family and is NOT too busy to answer Questions! We have been with him for YEARS! He treats EVERYONE with RESPECT! No matter the type of insurance! I have been a patient of Dr Espinosa for the last 20+ years. I have followed him to his three different offices he has had in the city. My entire family is seen by him. He and his staff make you feel like you are valued customer. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have been a patient of Dr. Espinosa for over 18 years. He is not the kind of doctors that just tries to get you in and out. He takes his time with each patient to find answers to your problems or make sure he gives the best eye exam. Not only that but his office is clean and has great staff in the front. I’ve never had to wait too long and appointments are within 2 weeks. He is truly a great doctor!
