Papa John’s Pizza

What a joke. An hour delivery, no apology, and no response after calling management. Avoid this place. The pizza was cold and looked terrible. Never will I order from them again. Get it together guys.

Ordered pizza for delivery today, The pizza delivery time was estimated to be 31 to 40 minutes. Pizza arrived after 30 minutes (sooner than I expected) and typically the pizza is shown by the driver to assure that the order is right, BUT, this time the driver didn’t (and it wouldn’t really matter cuz I have no lights outside and it was dark out), so i got inside and opened the pizza box and found that my Pepperoni and Canadian bacon had turned into a PINEAPPLE and Canadian Bacon pizza. The order on the receipt was correct but an error was made inside. I called the store where I ordered from and briefly spoke to an employee about the problem who told me I would have to speak to the manager. After a short time on the hold, the manager answered and I explained the mix up. The Manager apologized profusely and assured me that he would make another pizza for me and have it delivered. The correct pizza was at my house inside of 20 minutes. THAT’S TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS!!. Mistakes happen, I’m not unreasonable and I understand this. I’ve ordered from Papa Johns on numerous occasions and have never had a mistake made. The pizza is really good and I will continue to order due to the PROPER handling of this situation. I hope that Papa Johns pays attention to their Unilocal and realizes how important it is to take care of your customer right.

Not a bad place, it’s Papa John’s so it tastes much like any of their other locations. Like most of their other stores this is a delivery or take-​out only place, which works for me as I only come here when I’m on my way up the hill to Big Bear. Easy off & on from Hwy 330. I generally call ahead when I’m 15 – 20 minutes away and my Pizza is waiting for me when I get there which is nice.

I love the taste of papa John’s pizza. I have ordered from them a lot during the past, but will never order again. I ordered for delivery online and got a 30 – 40 minute estimate. After 50 minutes I called just to make sure they got the order. They said the driver was on his way and would be there in 7 minutes. After another 20 minutes, I give the store another call. Someone named John answered the phone. I told him that I had called 20 minutes ago and should’ve received my pizza. He asked if I was Nicole and I said yes. He informed me that he called the driver 10 minutes ago to go straight here. He said he would call him again, but I declined. I cancelled my order after an hour and 10 minutes of waiting. I had a scheduled dinner, so if I waited any longer I couldn’t have eaten dinner. I ended up starving until then. Disappointed. They lost a lot of valuable customers (my mom, dad, boyfriend, and I). Avoid at all costs.

Papa johns is the worse if you go there forget quality or quantity it’s a sin buying that for someone else or your kids, step it up go somewhere else

Just a heads up about probably any Papa Johns restaurant. When you place an order online for an order ahead they make it right then. Placed an order at 6:11 pm to pick up at 8:00 pm. When I arrived I asked when the pizza was made to ensure it wasn’t made earlier, they couldn’t answer my question and when I checked the pizza it was cold so they offered to put it in the oven for a bit.
I guess I deserve this for coming to Papa Johns and trying to plan ahead of time by ordering ahead.

On March 10^th 2015, I placed an online order to my usual store against my better judgment. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences in the past with this store. It’s usually very late and always cold. With my most recent order, after waiting for over an hour, the delivery driver got two pizza orders mixed up and delivered the wrong pizza. He didn’t verify the order or ask if I wanted any peppers or cheese. When I got to my kitchen and realized what happened, I called the store and was elevated to the manager.
The manager said she would have the driver re-​make my pizza and have it sent out within 30 minutes. After 15 minutes, the doorbell rang. It was the delivery guy with the SAME pizza that was supposed to be originally delivered over an hour ago. He asked me to inspect the pizza and I told him that the pizza was cold and that’s unacceptable for the amount I paid. The driver went back to remake my pizza and I’m still waiting…40 minutes later. I wish this store cared more about consistency. Might be the very last time I order.

Been loving Papa John’s since 1998. But this place on Highland and Boulder by the super walmart has the worst customer service and drivers ever– EXCEPT driver Isreal! IF you ever decide to get delivery ask for him! So respectful and very friendly. When you call and talk to a guy name Sam, he’s the worst. Got my order all wrong. Cut the pizzas with a contaminated pizza slicer. A person with seafood allergies could literally have an issue because he used the slicer on all the pizzas containing the anchovies and it was all in EVERY slice of our pizza AND cheese sticks! When I called to ask if they can fix the order, the first thing he would say is, «Papa John’s, we’re closed.» I understand that but I needed it fixed. I won’t go on but it gets worse! He didn’t fix it and stuck with 3 pizzas and cheese sticks covered in anchovies and our wings weren’t cooked. $ 40 wasted.
I went the next day and spoke to the manager and she couldn’t help because it was such a big order she gave me the SM name Joe and when he’ll be in. So I called the next day and told him and he helped as much as he could. He was very helpful don’t get me wrong. Though I think he should clean house and get new staff!
So long story short, we ordered from them a lot. Even last night when I ordered again– stupidly– thinking they’ll get it right. They didn’t. So I say be cautious.

This place has really gone downhill.
Try Pisa Pizza down the road instead.

Always on time, and have not messed up an order as of yet. Delivery people are friendly and always smiling. Only down fall is quantity on side orders are somewhat inconsistent. Other then that great service and decent pizza for fast food.

Its an OK pizza. Compared to the price I would walk 300 ft to Jake’s Italian Bistrow and Brew and really get a great pizza.

The pizzas are alright, they used to have really good pizzas when they first opened but seems to have got worse. Most of the time they come out sloppy and the dough seems raw at times as well. Some employees are friendly some aren’t.

Very yummy pizza. Service is just okay. Guys in there are a little Flirty.

The best of FFF! (Fast Fat Food). Way better than Dominos and most of the staff are pretty friendly. I don’t give them four stars because they are FFF and because of some reason they always get lost to come to my house, even though I’m around the corner!!!
