We come to this restaurant weekly the staff is very friendly. We love the food. The chicken is the best!

The service for this popeyes was awesome! The manager who i believe had a name tag on with Ms. Linda was super professional, along with the whole staff. Chicken was on point, and the biscuits of course are great at popeyes. If corp office wants to send someone someplace to train, send them to this store.

Well, I love their food and the service here led by Linda was great.
The chicken wasn’t at all greasy, came out hot and crispy, and the biscuits were warm and crispy in the out and warm and soft on the inside.
Linda impressed us: she was cashier, server, drive through; it seemed like she was doing it all!

I almost didn’t stop because of the reviews, but I am glad I did. The place is nice and the staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. I received my food quickly and was offered a variety of condiments including real butter for the biscuits. I ordered an 8 piece special without any sides, all Dark and Spicy. The coating on the chicken was evenly breaded and cooked perfectly. Tasted fairly fresh and not greasy. Someone commented that the place is weirdly decorated and laid out, probably by California standards but not by Colorful Louisiana standards, I though it was quite nice and best of all the tables are not all smashed together but nicely spaced. The restaurant was clean, tables floor and the restrooms were new and very nice. Four Stars for my review don’t mean I think it’s a culinary expedition but it’s a better than average fast food restaurant and a much better than average Popeyes, a good value and I would eat here again.

Over cooked shrimp and 2 and literally ½ fish torn in half on both platters cold sides the only plus and reason for one star is the staff at the drive thru was very friendly

Chicken tasted burned n made me through up, leave this place along, this is not a real poppies. The service is bad. Really bad!

ordered two chicken platters and when we got them home the chicken itself smelled and tasted burnt! It was horrible they cooked the chicken in old burned grease! The fries were good to go that’s why we gave them 2 stars. No more Popeyes for us!

Was craving some spicy chicken tenders so decided to give popeyes a try. I haven’t been here in years. Boy have I been missing out. I cant believe how good this is. My food is hot and fresh. The chicken isn’t greasy and the potatoes are yummy. Will definitely be back

If i go by nutrional content then this would be a 1 or 2 star at most lol but hey you know what youre getting when you come here! The chicken is great! Mac n Cheese is also good along with the biscuits and apple pies. If you need to feed a big group/​family fast or juat dont feel like cooking stop by, the fact this location is kinda hidden behind the starbucks and gas station actually helps since its never packed inside. And dont forget to wash down your meal with a delicious and refreshing sweet tea!

Went to day and was pleasantly surprised with the customer service from the young girl working the drive thru, it’s so hard to come across good customer service these days. 4 stars only because rice I got was on the hard side, I did go at 11am, so maybe wasn’t quite ready?

I enjoy going to Popeyes here Highland, CA because the service is professional, friendly, and order is correct. I also, enjoy this Popeyes because the food is hot and ready to eat. The chicken is always cooked correctly. I go to this Popeyes a few times a week, not just for myself and family but, for the office too. I refer people all the time to this one.

I wrote my last review over 2 years ago and this Popeyes has certainly improved since that time I found a half-​eaten biscuit in my meal. By now, the employees know the run of things and get how a Popeyes should function. The management definitely had some problems with that when this place first opened, but their problems in work ethic have since improved. The chicken is always delicious, as usual, and the employees here are definitely a lot friendlier than the first batch of employees this place had when it first opened. I’m glad they got rid of a few less-​than-​pleasing employees. I prefer this Popeyes over the one in San Bernardino. Also, yes it is on Baseline street, but it’s right by the freeway so you don’t have to worry about all that crazy Baseline madness. The only thing I dislike about this place is how long the drive thru can take, and the fact that you have to pull up behind the person in front of you to wait for food. This tends to block the line for other customers behind you and is also annoying.

Wait 15 minutes to get our order jacked up. Get biscuits with no honey or butter??? But we get about a thousand grape jelly condiments!!! What is your problem people!!!

God I haven’t had Popeyes Fried Chicken in a while. The food was pretty good. This outlet was clean, the staff was friendly, the meal came out quick & steaming hot. Really nothing bad to say about this place.

Good food, but this place has messed up my order three times and I have waited for up to 15 min for fresh chicken.

I love me some Popeye’s. :) This was a clean location in a convenient spot just off the freeway, perfect to stop in and grab a quick bite if you’re going far and taking the 210 freeway. The chicken nuggets were really small, but served freshly fried, and the blackened ranch sauce goes with them great! The biscuits– yummy! I feel totally silly reviewing the food at a fast food place, but what can I say– it hit the spot! Guilty pleasures, right? Service was fast and friendly, parking’s a plenty, bathrooms were clean.

This is the BEST Popeye’s I have ever been to. It was extremely clean not like Redlands or Beaumont at all. The staff was soo friendly and accommodating I will definitely return. Great food and Great customer service in a clean establishment that’s the best I can ask for especially in today’s world where customer service has all but vanished. Keep up the good work :)

Short on staff. Quality depending on the day.
Sometimes is really good but sometimes is horrible.
