Gambling Addict Confucius say«Engage in Thai Chi, see loose slots» Inside San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino, located at Tutu’s Food Court, Thai Chi Express offers quick casual Asian Fusion for casino goers. Ready made food sits in warming trays, with a la carte options, as well. Tutu’s Food Court has diners pay first, then show the receipt to the corresponding eatery. For $ 9.95(less $ 1 for Club Serrano Classic members), you can get a 3 item combo. A few rotating items accompany the stalwarts like orange chicken, chicken wings etc. Start with choice of steamed rice, vegetable fried rice, vermicelli noodles, chow mein and/or steamed vegetables. From what I’ve had, I really enjoy the fried chicken wings(that’s a no brainer. I’m a wingman, naturally), beef curry & pork spare ribs. The wings have a crispity crunchy breading over the juicy meat. The beef curry has spicy coconut milk with strips of beef. The tender, sweet glazed pork spare ribs are great, most especially the fatty bits. A few soups are on hand for those looking for some soup for the soul. I had the beef & vegetable soup and it was hearty. Chunks of beef which may have been too chunky, but the broth was well spiced & soothing. Thai Chi Express’ a la carte items include pad Thai, fried rice, ramen & udon, among others. I haven’t asked if the ramen is the more authentic stuff, and not the instant kind. I’ll find out the next time I’m there. Service has been okay. The cashiers seem speedy enough & the staff boxing up my selections have been pleasant. Seating available, with booths, tables & quick eat standing tables. Of the food choices at Tutu’s Food Court inside San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino(Thai Chi Express, La Tortilla Rellena, Oasis Burger & Grab & Go), Thai Chi Express appeals to me the most, both in value & taste. Portions are good to plentiful(depending how generous the staff is feeling that day) & the prices are about right, considering the venue. After having a filling lunch, I’m once again ready to do battle with the horde of nickel slots that stand between me & cash money glory. Highly recommend! NOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOM

The food here is decent, but because it’s located inside of San Manuel Indian casino, it’s convenient for you to feast if you’re hungry. The prices are a little more than what you would pay at Panda Express but they give you a very generous amount. Since it’s part of the casino, you’re allowed to use you players card for discounts or reward points/dollars. Most of the time, your meals are comped cause they give you enough points if you play. I’ve had many of their items here: Kung Pao chicken, beef and string beans, and orange chicken. If you’re getting a combo, you can split the fried rice and chow mein. They have other items like Ja Jang Myun, totally spelled differently than what it’s suppose to be, but maybe it was on purpose. They also have ramen(Japanese). So, this is a true Asian fusion, but there’s nothing wrong with that! This is truly an Asian fusion, or at least the title is a little miss leading. It’s called Thai Chi, so you’d think there would be some Thai food? It’s not called Tai chi. But most of their stuff is Chinese. The service here is great. We received a $ 10 voucher. The meal we ordered was about $ 8, so the cashier helped us pick additional items to hit $ 10, without having to pay. I thought it was nice of her because she could have just given us what we ordered and we would have lost out on that extra $ 2, although, that wouldn’t have been a big deal. Overall, this food court has 3 different establishments. This is the Asian cuisine, the others are Italian and American. So… it’s nice that they have variety. If you’re not eating here, there’s a buffet right next door. If you’re gambling, you’ll most likely want to stay in the casino and not have to drive out(there’s not much anyway in the city if Highland!). I’m giving them 2 stars for food, but an extra star for the nice service and convenience since you’re already here to gamble.
