Barf. I can’t believe I ate here. Even worse, I enjoyed it. I really did. They have seriously expanded their menu since the last time I tasted the horribly delicious castle of white.

This particular Castle is the latest addition to the Region slider scene and it does a good job of providing the authentic product. Staff are friendly and competent and the restaurant is kept clean and well-​lighted. Don’t come here — or any other fast food joint, except perhaps Subway — if you’re looking to lose weight or for «health food;» such is not their purpose. (Memo to Food Nazis: all food, to some degree, is «healthy.») It’s EZ off and on I-​80/​94, close to a Cabela’s, and a much better alternative to the Castle located a few miles east in Griffith if you’re looking for road food in either direction.

It feels kinda in the middle of nowhere. there’s really not much around besides the Aldi, Cabela’s and Pilot that I saw.
The place was clean. Food was nice and hot, but the vent was blowing cold air so that wasn’t pleasant.

Look, I’m gonna be serious here. If a place is gonna list itself as a weight-​loss facility and serve smaller portions of hamburger and assorted fried meats/starches…I get it… makes sense. Serving customers smaller bacon cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets with the centers cut out should certainly slim us down.
BUT IT’S NOT WORKING GUYS!!!
Please figure this out now or rest assured your newfangled diet is doomed to fail!
