This is a really nice Hallmark store with a big inventory. I’ve been able to find what I want just about every time. I love the itty bitties. They have a ton of Star Wars ones right now and I got the Christmas ones for the BFF. They also have good sales if you time it right. I got some incredibly cheap boxed Christmas cards and wrapping paper shortly after Christmas.

I’ve only shopped here one other time and it was fine but yesterday I went into their shop and purchased a gift for a coworker. I gave the gift she thought it was so cute and then realized it wasn’t in the box. This could have been my error or theirs so we laughed (me laughing from embarrassment) and I returned I assume since they are almost sold out of all Halloween items that I just grabbed the display item box. I went in and saw a different clerk this time and told her my situation about how embarrassed I felt. I asked her if I could just get the display item and be on my way. To my surprise she refused! Saying they don’t sell the display items and that if I wanted that item I’d have to go to another location. So I returned to work empty handed flustered and embarrassed and tell my coworker oops I guess I’ll get you something else. Pretty frustrating I will not be returning.
