I will never go here again. I asked for a long A line bob cut. Even took in pictures. They butchered my hair. After the 3rd stylist chopped away I finally told them to stop cutting and left in tears. I ended up with a choppy, very short mess. At least 4 inches shorter then what I asked for. They showed no compassion or empathy for their mistake and made me feel as if I was the one that was the problem. They need to be educated more on hair styling. They were all clueless and didn’t do anything I was asking for. I even had one of them tell me that my long lower back length hair was already a bob. I should have known right then and there to walk out.

This used to be a good place for a haircut, but it seems to have declined in quality lately, even though I’m not really fussy about haircuts. I went in for a cut recently. The place was empty. One cutter is lounging in a barber’s chair on the verge of taking a nap. The other cutter is very nice, reads me a computer printout about how I like my hair cut(which was close, but not entirely accurate) and gets to work. I asked her to leave my hair a little longer than what the printout suggested. She didn’t. The whole experience had a «we don’t really give a damn» feeling about it. Not sure I’m going back.

I have been going there for the last year and always ask for a smooth taper on my neck. I never get that I always end up with a cut across my neck and no taper. The girls stated they didn’t know how to do a smooth taper. I’ll be going to a regular barber shop from now on.

I’ve been going here for 5 years and have had no issues. I love the new mobile check-in program. That said I have had 2 cuts in the last 4 months that have not been good. Make sure the stylist is actually listening to you on hair length.
