Every time I go to this Carters I leave thinking why am I giving them my business? The associates put off a very bad impression when you walk in and feel like you’ve interrupted their day. This is in a neighborhood that’s very much«keeping up with Jones’» mentality so the workers here make you feel like you aren’t worth their time if you don’t have a name brand purse on your wrist or drive up in a Yukon. To top it off this past experience I was waiting to be checked out had my purse open card in hand at the counter while the clerk ignored me. Yes I was on my phone with a medical emergency so I needed to check out fast. Another lady walked up and I had to say I’ve been ready, the associate very condescendingly said you’re on your phone… And checked me out. I think my look said it all when she started apologizing and repeatedly thanked me for coming in. I worked in this type of job and I never would have been so rude to a customer even if they were rude to me. Trust me I have dealt with individuals who are rudest of customers but I wanted to always represent my company in a great way.
