I’m from out of town and my girlfriend and I loved this place. Burgers were delicious, the Rosemary fries were awesome, and the shakes are also great. I got the mushroom garlic burger with the blueberry shake and rosemary fries. So great — hope this chain comes to LA soon.

just ok — expensive & not really worth the calories — got a regular cheeseburger — next time I feel like being«bad» — will probably opt for cheaper option

Absolutely filthy. Floor covered in food. Trash cans overflowing. Tables dirty and not wiped. This place needs a health inspection. I am sure it wouldn’t pass.

I can’t figure out the negative reviews here. We love it! They have delicious gluten free burger buns and sweet potato fries! The Colorado burger with chiles, cheese, and onions is my favorite. They are also super fast and friendly. They make sure our food is prepped in a separate area! It also gets my kids’ stamp of approval!

The organization and management is not prepared to be a popular place. These kids don’t know how to handle more than a few customers at best and the manager probably should not be. She is not helping the staff and simply«growls» out to the front«you’re telling them 30 minutes right?».i hope the food is much better than the service but I doubt it can be that good.

Terrible service. Ordered online at 7:00 pm. Confirmation that it would be ready at 7:15. Showed up, didn’t even have my order in the kitchen. The receipt was still attached to the machine along with 5 – 6 other orders. Waited for 45 minutes as I looked around at empty tables with trash and food trays strewn everywhere. It was a borderline health hazard. What didn’t make sense is there we two girls working that weren’t even picking up and bussing the restaurant. Got home, order was wrong. It was ridiculous. Not even a free burger coupon. I feel bad for whomever is the owner of this restaurant. I would want to know this was happening to my store.

My go to burger chain. They are not cheap but give you a juicy burger with lots of options. I always go for the large patty for an extra buck. Highly recommend the shakes and the smash chicken. They give you the mixing cup which is a nice old stool touch. If you don’t know their gimmick, they compress their meat while cooking, which makes for thin and juicy burgers and chicken. The flash cooking principle works well. Fries are of the string variety and are decent.

I love the Cobb salad and the fact that they have gluten free buns for my son who has celiac’s disease. We’ve eaten at other smash burger locations but today they refused to serve my son because of Celiac’s! This is a first for us at any restaurant. Normally restaurants have a ‘buyer(or eater) beware’ policy and leave the choice to us. So we went to Noodles and Company(again). They have a great gluten free menu!

Disappointed. $ 14 for one adult and one child. Kids milk extra?! The avocado club burger was served on a multigrain bun, which ruined the burger. At $ 2 extra the fries, which I guess don’t come with the meal, were the best part of dinner. The music was incredibly loud and very annoying. Had a better experience at 5 guys.

I heard many good things about this place from friends, but I have to say I am beyond disappointed. I ordered the local Colorado burger that says it has grilled green chilies that turned out to be just a big, greasy pile of jalapeños. And I stress the word greasy. A cheap, unoriginal ingredient to something that could be really good. My sons bacon cheese burger had 3 tiny pieces of bacon and the cheese wasn’t even melted a little bit. A HUGE waste of money for a single mom. I just wanted to treat my son to something fun and different. I will not be coming back here again not will I recommend it to anyone I know, or don’t know for that matter.

I ordered the Baja Cobb Grilled Chicken salad and it was half the size advertised in the bowl. Then I had to order another salad because I was starving watching people eat their burgers. If you add the Harvest Grilled Chicken salad I bought with the Cobb salad it equals the salad they advertised… except 7.99 + 7.99=$ 15.98 for what they advertise for 7.99.

The burger was good although it did disintegrate on me. It’s also kinda sucked getting good poisoning at 2 am later that night. I’ll have to try this later after my taste aversion goes away

We went late one evening to the Highlands Ranch location, the service was great however; when we got home it was apparent that attention to detail was lacking in their kitchen that evening. I ordered the avocado smash chicken club-the sticker was still on my tomato and so was part of the stem! It was almost comical. Someone else that night probably got the other piece of the sticker on their tomato. Hope they didn’t eat it… Additionally, the avocado slices still had the skin attached on some parts. Someone needs to show these chefs how to slice veggies. This was a terrible dinner. I do love the smash fries with fresh rosemary and their burgers but what happened to this chicken sandwich? Lame!

Greasiest burgers of any chain. 2 visits to 2 locations and the same greasy hands /face result. It’s too bad because the Colorado burger had promise. They use Angus beef, but that has nothing to do with fat content. They do not offer a low fat burger option. They have chicken, but I wanted a burger. The Haystack onions were left in the fryer too long and double salted too. Double whammy on the bad experience.

I had heard of them on the radio and decided to give them a try and it is my new favorite place to eat! Burgers are fresh and delicious with a variety of toppings, every combo I have tried has been awesome! My favorite thing to eat are the smash fries, made with olive oil and rosemary, I am totally addicted! You can get delicious regular fries too. They have what look like delicious haagen daz ice cream shakes too, haven’t tried one yet, but look forward to them!

Way overpriced for a greasy tasteless undercooked burger. The shoe string fries where terrible. $ 17 for myself and 5 yr old girl is absurd. Especially for the lack of quality and taste. Way better choices considering the price. Seating at this location is limited especially with high school kids eating their at lunch time. The bathroom was in poor condition dirty leaking toilet on the floor and in an alley. I will not be back to Smashburger. This location wouldn’t be fit for my dog.

Went here with my son. He loved his burger, as I figured he would. I had one of their yummy shakes, made with Hagen Daz. What a great local company which I would love to continue supporting throughout the years to come.

This is going to be my new«go to» burger place. Nice and clean place with plenty of parking. It was actually just recently opened here(there was a Starbucks before it opened) so everything is nice and new. The burgers are good. You can make your own or get a ‘pre built’ one. They have some nice burger combination. I like the fact that they serve local beer. New Belgium is one of my favorite breweries in Colorado and in the entire country actually and I was happy to find that they carry NB beers here. I also liked the fried pickles. They’re really good.

Being from Los Angeles we have always eaten and loved In n Out burgers. A friend from LA suggested we try Smashburger. Our orders were taken quickly and food arrived hot and fresh. I had a burger with avocado and my husband had a BBQ burger. Both were tasty along with the onion straws. The sauce for the onions was a bit spicy for my taste. We had nice service and enjoyed the burgers but I still love In n Out more.

So I need to break down my review a little bit. As for Smashburger the chain, I would give it 3 stars. As a vegetarian, I have to say their black bean burger could be much improved. The veggie burger at Crave is amazing, and the Smash one just doesn’t hold a candle to it. The toppings, however, are always fresh and I like the bun, too. As for this actual Smashburger location, I would give it 5 stars. Everyone here is obviously working hard so that you’ll want to come back. We were checked on several times during our meal, my 1.5 year old was given some free ice cream, we were offered to sit while the manager got refills for us. .. very friendly, very attentive. So the people at this location deserve 5 stars.
