Chase Bank

I love Chase bank but that one is the worse chase bank in my life
Specially the manager
Because he doesn’t have any award he agree about anything of the worker said

This bank is ridiculous! Everytime I go into the bank the music is RIDICULOUSLY LOUD! I am not talking loud, I am talking REALLY LOUD! I have complained about not being able to think while I am filling out deposit slips etc before but today took the cake! I swear I was in Tower Records or the like. I asked for the manager who promptly told me it is that loud to keep privacy and they also have issues with their radio station jacking up the volume. I told her if its a privacy issue then they need to address that with better partitions, not incredibly loud music. I have been banking at many banks throughout my 45 years and also bank at many different chase locations in the metro area, none, and I mean none have you rocking out and still seem to deal professionally with their partitions, smaller lobby sizes, and yes, young workers… so which is it? Professional or a music store… deal with your privacy issues appropriately, not blasting out patrons eardrums!

During a recent visit to this branch I spoke with the branch manager of the Highlands Ranch location, Kyle D. Stockman, who attempted to indoctrinate me with his unsolicited political views. The situation made me feel violated and very uncomfortable as a customer, and has left me with a negative impression of this business. My impression of Kyle’s behavior is at worst offensive and at best immature and unprofessional. This situation was especially abhorrent given that he is the branch manager.
During our encounter, I merely mentioned that the benefits for my debit card would be discontinued after the month of July, upon which Kyle seized the opportunity to explain the banking business model, the government, and in his words, «a certain political party.»
He continued without allowing me to speak, «…we can no longer afford to give our customers the same benefits as before because of these policy changes. This policy is being advocated by a ‘certain political party’ as a type of consumer advocacy but in reality, it is taking money from one pocket and putting it in another, from the consumer to big companies such as Wal-​Mart and Shell. I don’t know which is better, but…» By the end of his multi-​minute tirade I was not pleased with the way he was using my time. Neither was I impressed with his rudeness, ignorance, and haphazard logic.
