This is the last time we will eat here. Called in our order for three items and were told it would be 40 minutes to pickup. Arrived at the time they designated and order wasn’t ready. Waited 25 minutes for the order,(a total of 65 minutes from our call). Got the food home and two out of the three dishes were cold. We called the order in this time because the last time we put an order in online the order got«lost» and we had to wait almost 40 minutes for our food when we arrived for pickup. When we got the food home it was warm, but not the entrees we ordered(even though the receipt read the correct entrees). Time before this we called an order in and also had to wait over 20 minutes past the designated pickup time. We’ve had nothing but issues with the service at the Highlands Ranch location. Would not recommend it to anyone. The food, once you actually get it, is pretty good but we are done eating here. We’ll dirve across town to PF Chang’s instead.

Will never eat here again. Undercooked dried up rice. hard chicken in kung pao. Sushi(I should have known better than ordering from here!) was the worst I have ever had. The rice is undercooked. No flavor. They dont provide soya sauce in the take away. This has been the experience every time. This is it. No more PEi Wei for us.

I tried Pei Wei(think Chinese McDonald’s) for the first time today and needless to say I will never be back to ANY Pei Wei location. I wasn’t expecting much considering it’s a chain, but damn… eww! I got the spicy tuna roll and spring rolls(rice paper, not fried). Here are the highlights: * Tuna didn’t taste like fish at all, more like tofu. * No soy sauce or chopsticks included. * Sushi was completely flavorless; could get better at a grocery store. * The spring rolls weren’t the worst thing I have ever eaten, but were sloppy and poorly wrapped. * The«Tahi Peanut Sauce» tasted like sweet peanut butter. Next time I will just go to Phở Lee and grab some phở and spring rolls. Glad I used a gift card, because I would have asked for my money back. Guess I am eating trail mix for lunch :/

I like to order the Thai Dynamite which has been consistently good over maybe 2 – 3 dozen visits. Our kids like to watch the cooks when they make huge flames jump into the air from their pans. There is both indoor and outdoor seating with plenty of parking. The take-out line can get pretty congested around dinner time, with a very cramped and awkward waiting area that’s left me standing outside in the winter cold on a few occasions.

Raw tasteless noodles and over sauced pad Thai. I can make better Chinese food at home.

Just a heads up. If you are in a hurry avoid this pei Wei. 8 tables seated a few take outs and 40+ minutes for our food. Also avoid the sushi, fresh it isn’t. PATHETIC for the lack of service. It’s been awhile since I have eaten here. I had the chop chicken salad, I guess they don’t mix it in a bowl anymore. Another eating disappointment. They can’t handle 8 tables they don’t need my business. To much focus on take out.

We came here with about 10 – 12 people for a work lunch. It wasn’t too bad, I’d heard that they have an great pad Thai, it was pretty good but I wouldn’t call it great. I’m glad I got a small, it was enough for lunch and I’m a pretty big eater. Quite a few people had meals with rice and they looked really good. One girl mentioned that the rice wasn’t sticky and had trouble eating it with chopsticks. The last lady in our group to order is very pregnant & hers was the meal that we had to ask for. The rest came out in pretty good time.

I’ve given this place two tries now and both times I was disappointed. The portions for their«regular» sized plates are ridiculously small for Asian food for a premium price. Another big complaint is that it’s not spicy at all even if you order extra spicy. I should have guessed as much since not one Asian person was working there(bad sign). And with my last entrée it was insanely over seasoned all I could taste was salt. Don’t bother with this place if you crave Asian food. It’s always packed on weekends but I think all the suburbanites in HR enjoy the bland white people Asian food.

Love the food at Pei Wei, but this location needs work. On our visit, the place was dirty, the drink machine didn’t work and they were out of tea. We drank water and asked for a refund of our drinks and the individual behind the register appeared to credit our card and offer a $ 10 gift card. The refund never showed and when we tried to use the $ 10 gift card on a later visit, it wouldn’t work. Still love the food, but not at this location.

A lot of food for the money. California rolls were good I wish the pad Thai had more veg. The honey chicken was delish but the broccoli was uncooked.

Peiwei on 9352 S Colorado Blvd, Ste G-1, Highlands Ranch, CO80126 Stopped by on a Sunday night, not busy at all and we could not find a clean table to sit and enjoy our dinner. The floor was filthy with lots of small food left overs from the tables. Sadly this is the second time we have found the restaurant in this same condition. It makes me think that if the tables and floor where customers eat are dirty, how would the kitchen be??? I am not eating at Pei Wei on this location again.

Before I start my angst ridden soliloquy, I should preface by saying I’m in a really good mood and had a really good week! Ah, the bitches of Pei Wei. The girls behind the counter are cute(I guess) dammit if they don’t know it. They’re all bitchy teenagers and there may be two brain cells to rub together between all of them. But, their manager seems to appreciate their good work… errr…taut high school bodies. Gross, man. These girls are young enough to be your daughters. You’re pretty inappropriate with that rubbernecking head of yours. Eyes up here, man! I’ve been here 3 or 4 times since I moved to the highlands ranch bubble, and my food has never once been prepared or packed as ordered. The place is never what I’d consider clean. Pretty disappointing considering how chain restaurants all have strict quality control standards. Or do they… Tonight I left mid way through placing my order because dingbat bitchy skinny boss cuddler couldn’t stop gossiping long enough to 1) ask what size I wanted or 2) note my dietary restrictions. Done. Over. No more Pei Wei.

Too crowded, too slow, mediocre service. There are too many better places to visit in the area.

Wow, just wow. We come here a couple times a year. It has been about 8 months from the last time we were here. We walked in and it looks the same as always. We ordered and sat down and as we were waiting on our food, I looked around the place. It is absolutely filthy! I didn’t notice anything when I grabbed our drinks and napkins. When I sat down and really checked the place out, I noticed the doors to the back kitchen and they were filthy. The chars in the whole restaurant were disgusting. The windows were dirty and the doors you walk out of where you push to go out were gross. I can only imagine what kind of bacteria is living and having a party all over that place. Oh I forgot about the food. It was okay. I can only imagine how dirty the parts I can’t see or didn’t see look like. Ick! I’m sad to say, I don’t think we will be going back. I can’t forget to add that the service was good. That won’t make me go back. Reading the other reviews doesn’t look very good for this dirty birdie place.

I come here WAY too often!(Ok…I could come even more) This is a great place to eat! Yummy Asian food! This is a sister chain to PF Chang’s. It is cheaper and they do to-go and ordering on-line!(Huge plus) They have an «ok» gluten free menu.(Chang’s is better) Nice place to meet a friend for lunch.

This Pei Wei has gone downhill! Be prepared to wait up to an hour for take out even if you call ahead and then when you get your order your soup will be cold, rice undercooked, and missing ingredients to your meal. One good thing I will say about my most recent trip is they managed to actually get the dipping sauce for the wontons in the bag without me asking for it. Signed done with this location.

Just overall not very good. Have given it two chances now and neither time was memorable. The first time I got a chicken dish and it tasted very bland with a generic sauce on it, and some paper was included in the meal so that was fun. Also tried a sushi roll and it was not fresh, tasted like store packaged sushi. The second time I got pad thai with tofu and it was also very bland, paid 1.99 to add a spring roll that was also very uninspiring. There are many much better options around the area for authentic Chinese food that are much much better.

When i eat at this location I usually order the Thai dynamite and they usually burn it. yesterday I ordered some hot and sour soup which is my favorite soup at Asian restaruants, with the new spicy tuna roll. When the cashier gave me my cup I had to ask for a different one because it had a large white piece of crud stuck to the inside of it. I sat at the bar, the soup came right away and was not very hot temperature wise but I ate it anyway, I had to ask for a different spoon because the one they gave me had some brown crud on it. Even the spoon they gave me after asking for a different one had a white film on it but i just rubbed it off with my napkin. The server told me that it would be just a moment for the sushi roll because they had to roll it. That was a lie because I am sitting at the bar and see no rolling being done I was pretty unsurprised when they roll comes out looking like it was made two days ago. the rice was dry and the meat looked old. It came with some kinda spicy mayo sauce and soy sauce in a ramekin, with a ball of old dry wasabi. I didnt feel like complaining and asking for a refund so i ate all four pieces after drenching them in the mayo and dunking them in soy sauce. It made me nauseous for hours. This place is right down the street from where I live and It used to be a decent place but over the last few years they have gone through several different managment teams, and they simply cant get their act together it seems. They fail to make quality consistent which is not too much of a problem since they will usually fix it or get you something else if you don’t like what you got. However after seeing how poorly their cups and utensils are washed and getting sick from the food, I will never eat here again.

I’ve been coming to this place for about 2 years now and have always been pretty satisfied with the service, food and prices. It’s a nice change from noodles and co. Chipotle and especially Tokyo joes. I like that you can watch them making everything. I trust it’s freshness. Their lettuce wraps are always good and their Thai dynamite wok was very satisfying. Service was super quick. I’ll be coming back.
