The biggest problem with this place is the parking lot structure. There is only one way in and one way out. Unfortunately, this describes most of the parking lots in this area. The employees are always friendly and nice,

While shopping with a friend we got hungry and thought lets go to Panda express, but before we went we checked on her phone to see if they would have a vegetarian option. On their website it said they had vegetable delight and an eggplant tofu options as part of their menu. So I said sure. When we arrived I asked where the vegetarian options were like the eggplant tofu, to which I was informed no tofu entrée not even vegetable delight even though they had a card placement for it. The server stated that if I waited 10 minutes they could make a green bean tofu thing but after looking at the green bean chicken option I was like«no thank you.» How could you not have any no meat entrees and sad looking meat options during the DTC feeding time.(Monday 1:00pm) So we walked out and went somewhere else.

This Panda Express isn’t too much different than others I have visited. So they get an ‘A’ for consistency. It’s located about 1 mile west of Park Meadows Mall in a small strip mall. It’s easy to see from County Line Rd. The food is decent although not the best Chinese I have ever had. Where Panda Express wins me over is the fast, friendly service, the fact the restaurant is clean, and the food is always hot(when I have visited). They cook-up the different entrée choices all the time. The best bet is the 2-entrée platter with rice or chow mien. Portion size is enough although there may not be any leftover. I’m not too crazy about their eggrolls so if you want an appetizer try the sweet & sour soup.
