Every time I visit this location, I am blown away at the amazing customer service! There is always an employee nearby to assist, and say hello! I probably get said hello to at least 5 times while here. All their produce is fresh, well stocked, and stays good. Very helpful and knowledgeable pharmacy staff as well!

What a great King Sooper’s in the Highlands Ranch Area! I had a hair appointment in the same strip mall so decided to go to this store to get a few items. it is one of the largest King Sooper’s I have ever been in. Very organized, clean and had more items than any other store. They also have a really decent homeopathic and natural products section. Plenty of parking, free WiFi and they also have a Starbucks inside.

This negative review is left explicitly for the pharmacy not the grocery store. Today I went to pick up a prescription, there was six customers standing in line to pick up their prescriptions, while four people were working behind the counter. I was not shocked to see only one person was attending the register. I stood there for several minutes watching as the three other people working behind the pharmacy counter looked up at the crowd but immediately looked back down and pretended how busy. Finally the manager came back from break and told one of the ladies to open up a second register this is not uncommon for this pharmacy they have the attitude that people can stand and wait for them instead of being customer service Ready. I’m not sure which line is worse the post office or the King supers pharmacy.

The good, when King Soopers is having a dry good sale, its time to stock up. The bad, the meat especially red meat sucks. The entire department is overpriced. I finally got tired of having bad meat I took the last batch of hamburger back for a refund. The meat turned brown two days after purchasing and it was still inside the sell before date. I’m now giving my money to a local meat market which has comparable prices, Costco and Wal-Mart.

Was not impressed with this grocery store whatsoever. It felt cheap /low quality. For example, we got a pre-made sandwich(my bad, I know), which looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for days, and was doused in what tasted like some weird Italian-type salad dressing. The store was also very scattered, which made it difficult to find things. I recommend going elsewhere.

OOPS! There are so many King Soopers on a University my first review(I am now editing) was for the Dry Creek location. I have used this location but the other location really has a much more service-focused staff.

This is our favorite King Soopers, always in stock of every thing especially sale items, very friendly helpful employees. This store is always very clean and tidy. They are quick at the check out but not too quick like the other stores in highlands ranch, where they make you feel like they just want you gone.

The manager of the floral dept is the best. She did the flowers for my daughters wedding and they turned out great. I highly recommend her.

Entrance looks like a flea market in Commerce City. Meat counter employees are mostly invisible. Pharmacy very good. Rest of the store is good too — but the entrance; someone needs Aesthetics 101.

Really great prices on essential grocery items! The have a 10 items for $ 10 special that changes weekly. The managers special that runs on various meats and other perishable items is dynamite if you are on a budget! There is also a discount card that you can go online and add coupons to which cuts back on having to lug around a coupon organizer, yay!

King Soopers near our house at Highlands Ranch Parkway & University is a great place to shop for groceries. I recently had a fantastic customer service experience when I visited the floral department for a last minute Valentine’s Day gift for my wife. Don’t know if it is because of their proximity to Whole Foods or if it is something King’s is doing company wide, but this location has significantly increased their gluten free and organic offerings. The corporate website even has a helpful living gluten free lifestyle page at . We have been very happy with the cleanliness of this store and the staff is great. The produce, butcher shop and seafood departments are all well stocked with high quality fresh foods. The NuVal Program is great too, because it helps you to make smart wellness choices.
We probably do 90% of our everyday grocery shopping at King’s. We love the self service check out option and don’t forget to scan your Sooper Card to get discounts and«Fuel Points» good for discounts on gasoline.
