I will start off by saying, I am not a Chinese food take out fan, must be my Italian heritage. I never found one that’s really good but Wing Hing is exceptional. Has all the items you would find a on any Chinese take out menu but the difference is this is great food. Everything is fresh, not greasy, and not overly salted. You can taste the chicken, the beef, the pork and all the vegetables have their bright colors. The Wonton soup’s broth is delicious and boneless spare ribs have a honey seasoning that’s perfect. Very friendly and quick service. This is one great take out and they offer party platters.

I have to refrain from being too mean, but I felt that the chicken was rancid, everything was greasy, and the flavor wasn’t there. We tried. Variety of appetizers and General Gau’s and we couldn’t eat it. How bad was it? Our dog turned it all down.
