The service is horrible! I went in to exchange currency and I felt as though they did not want my business. They say they except all currencies but when I was trading in money from Poland the teller first tried to tell me that Poland uses the Euro and when I told him this was not the case and he begrudgingly looked it up, he shoved the currency in my face and told me he didn’t take it. I took this as he did not want to do the conversion. That said, they give a very poor rate of exchange and charge an extraordinary fee. I will not be back and will drive to another Western Union and even the 20 mile round trip to my bank to exchange any currency rather than go back.
