Hardee’s

My bus stopped here on the way to our conference. Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews, they satisfied our needs, and it was 50 something of us trying to get food. Customer service was fast, my biscuit tasted great, and one of the cashiers even gave free food to someone who didn’t have money. If I lived nearby, I’d return for sure.

Yeah it is a soul sucker here right when you walk in. In addition, the food itself is pitiful. My bean and cheese burrito had like 65% shell to 35% bean and cheese– it looked like a sad envelope. Even my petite hands could grip it like an empty hose. Not great compared to other fast food at all. Maybe cuz they are in boonies and dont get access to goods? And need to ration the beans.

Hardee’s is the worst place I have ever worked in my life. There is no support from the district manager. She doesn’t really know how to do the job she has. All the stores in this district have so many things wrong. They expect you to manage a store with broken equipment, ceiling pouring rain into the building like it raining outside. Finally had to say it was enough. Beware if you work for Hardee’s.

Don’t be in a hurry. Took about 15 minutes for food for 2 people on a Saturday. Soda bar empty of Cherry coke so the young lady went to fill it back in the kitchen –and it was empty also and excuse oh sorry, we can’t change it out right now. Totally understaffed or something. Drive through wasn’t doing any better.

Worst customer service ever~!!! I told them no onions, and they gave me onions. We ordered large fries, the amount we got probably equal to a small size, so we asked for more fries, the manager was so rude threw in 3 fries in our trey (literally)! Don’t ever come here~!!!

The sorriest Hardee’s I been in yet. The employees were standing there talking … Most with their backs turned to us but one turned and looked at us and made no attempt to wait on us.
No customer service whatsoever!!!

If I could give this place less than one star I would. By far the sorriest Hardees I’ve ever eaten at. It took 15 minutes to get our (my family’s) food. I ordered a 3 piece tenders combo for $ 5.29 and on sale they had a 5 piece tenders combo for $ 5.50. The cashier never mentioned it and the only way I found out was because I just happened to notice it posted on a window facing outward (we dined in). Before my food was even ready I told them I would like to pay the difference ($ 0.21) and get the other 2 tenders and the manager cocked an attitude. My 2 hotdogs I ordered ketchup, mustard, and onions. When I got them they had ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise. I didn’t say anything because I had waited long enough so I just ate it. While we were sitting at our table a car at the drive through started laying down on the horn because they had waited for so long. To top it off the staff wasn’t in a hurry or apologetic for the poor service and long wait they just flat did not care and it showed.
