Dr Patel did a great job with my wife’s teeth. The staff was was pleasant and helpful. They gave a printout of pricing at her first visit. Highly recommend.

If it was possible, I would give 0 stars. This place has been horrible! They only have an orthodontist on the weekends, so if you miss an appointment, you have to wait a month or more to get back in. My daughter has been seen 4 times in a year, due to the inconsistent orthodonists they have or don’t have on staff. She also has had panic attacks due to how rough they are. The front desk staff are rude and unpleasant. They also continually have billed the wrong insurance (we have double coverage) and now are threatening US because they are incompetent. Please do your research. Do not waste your money on this practice.

I came to this dentist a few months back with a friend. After having a huge fear of the dentist the front desk girl was very welcoming and sat down and explained alot to me about dental fears. She was heartfelt and you could tell she really cared about the patients who came in their. I ended up being seen that day since she made room for me on the schedule. The dentist was amazing and very gentle although you could tell she was very busy going from patient to patient I never felt nervous. Yes the rooms are very old looking and xray machines are ancient. The care I got from the staff overcame all of that. Now fast forward a few months. I go in last week for my next cleaning my front desk girl isnt there? I think ok shes out for the day. I go in the back and its all new staff. And one of the girls tell me the front desk was actually the manager and they fired her after explaing to this new girl how much i liked her she proceeded to tell me they all did and they wish she was still there that she was let go for a very wrong reason but she left it at that. After my cleaning i go to check out and the front desk lady ask her about my account bc I received a bill. This girl took my name then told me to call another manager and she would help me bc she didnt know how. What you dont know how then why are you working here. I have decided i will not be returning. I only came here because of the comfort I felt my first visit and everyone is gone. I looked past how worn down the place was. Now its just a crappy office.

Finally found a great dentist. For the past few years, we have been searching for a dentist we liked AND was on our insurance, so far that’s not been an easy task. We could find great dentist that were not on my insurance or I could find crappy dentist that were covered.
We first went there after a dental emergency with our son and they were very friendly. Then we started taking the whole family there and so far, no complaints. The office staff is great, friendly and helpful. The assistants that we’ve had are also wonderful and friendly. We’ve all seen Dr. Daniel and he’s great!
We’ve also found that our out of pocket expenses are a lot less than at other places for the part that insurance doesn’t pay. Highly recommended.

I really love this dentist! The Saturdays and late Wednesday hours are great for my schedule.
I had five fillings, and have had to go back for readjustments, because i chose porcelain instead of metal, but the staff are really good at describing what’s wrong and how it will need to be fixed. They will fix their work at no charge (which i think is probably pretty standard across the board).
I really like how the office staff and dentist remember who you are & remember what you told them in the previous exam. I’ve never had such a personal relationship with any dentist. I like this place.
I’ve also been able to call and get scheduled same-​day, so they’re really flexible.

When I was seen for my first appointment, the dentist who did the initial look and review of the condition of my dental health.
She made me feel worse about coming in to see a dentist at all. I felt ashamed and totally embarrassed. Which is how all of my «dentists» experiences had been as a child and because of that I’ve been reluctant as an adult to go see a dentist regularly. I know my dental health wasn’t perfect and I wanted to do something about it –which is why I was there.
This dentist that saw me –just made me feel bad. If I could have, I would have rescheduled to see someone else that was more courteous.
UPDATE: I don’t know if this happened to anyone else. But I was waiting for a crown to be delivered to complete the process. I was told in person it would be about two weeks. From my experiences with an earlier crown, it took under two weeks. Which I had to call to see if it was in. So with that in mind, I called after two calendar weeks. The head office front desk worker told me that it hadn’t come in and they really meant two business (day) weeks. She reassured me that they would call me when my crown comes in. Three going on Four business (day) weeks go by and I call that Monday. My crown was there, so I went ahead made my appointment. Then I asked when did the crown actually come in the office. She told me either Thursday or Friday. So they had a full three days (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) that they could have called and help me to get this crown finally finished. This office front desk worker, who had taken my call previously knew I was waiting for their office to call me?! Then she apologized that the «girls in the back» for not calling me. Just shifting this mistake on to someone else instead of taking responsibility for this oversight or make sure this doesn’t happen again. When I came in for my appointment this head office front desk worker, of course wasn’t there. Now I’m thinking how long would they have waited until they decided to call me? This was the second time that I believe I wasn’t treated very well at this location (Hilliard).
The office staff I found are very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about dental terminology.
They have Saturday hours which are great but, you do have to schedule a few weeks in advance because they fill up quickly.
The one thing this dental office does give you a personalized dental plan of what you need and an (estimated) cost of each item. I wish every office did this! There is no guideline or set prices on anything when it comes to dentists. It really depends on where you go for your dental work. So there is really no way of knowing if you are being over-​charged. Plus I am sure the dental insurance has a part in the prices.
Because it makes you have the option of working with your dentist and what could be done sooner and later to adjust for personal budgets and what’s best for your dental health.

Located right next door to a Giant Eagle and across the street from Meijer’s and Sam’s Club.
However, the desk ladies are pretty rude and condensing. The dentists here are not regular and you never know which one you will see.
One thing I dislike is how the dentist that I did see constantly was telling me about all the things she could do to make my teeth better. It felt like she was a dental saleswoman working on commission rather than a professional health care provider. She seemed really interested in promoting and selling me cosmetic dental operations rather than just the ones I need.
She told me it would be $ 400 for a custom dental guard and when I mentioned I saw them for $ 39 at CVS she changed her mind and was like «yeah that could work for you also». It would have been nice if she mentioned you could get a cheap non-​custom made dental guard before trying out a really expensive custom made one. What a rip off!!!
