Same thing as Phil review, they charged my account without my authorization AND they randomly charged my account six months after I moved out of ohio! Wtf?! They also refuse to refund my account so I’ve reported them

Let me start by saying I used to love and I mean LOVE this place. Until recently when they drew $ 270 dollars from my debit account and I got a call from fraud protection. I tried to resolve the issue with the local store, they e-mailed cooperate and they came back with, «Gee that’s rough, he signed a contract though.» So, I tried to resolve it again by reminding someone at the store that they told me that if someone doesn’t pay on their sessions after a certain amount of time they cancel the contract. As it turns out that’s not the case at all and even though I have now paid for four months of unlimited tanning that I obviously couldn’t pay for I now have a conciliatory package of less then half the time I’ve paid for and never used.(Or will never at this point) A lot of people live paycheck to paycheck, a lot of people use debit cards and prepaid cards instead of credit. As a disabled veteran and full time college student I can’t afford to have nearly $ 300 randomly snatched from my account with a, «Sorry but you should have seen it coming.» attitude on behalf of the home office. Just be careful, read the contract, make sure you cancel the contract in a timely manner. The beds, Versa Spa and staff are for the most part great with a few exceptions.
