Love everything about this place. Food is wonderful — fresh, hot, juicy. But I love the staff the best. They are super friendly, respectful, polite. Treat me like they truly are grateful I’m there. And they still have cherry coke!

Excellent service, very friendly and this place is very clean.
I ordered a 12 count nugget for dinning in and they accidentally gave me a nugget sand which thing, it comes with 4 of them but I’m not sure what it’s called. They told me to keep it and gave me my order and was extremely nice about it. I’ve been to places that got my order wrong and they act like it was my fault they don’t read the monitor or their copy of the receipt but they were very nice.
The lady who helped was named Gio and I hope to see her every time I come in. I couldn’t catch the other managers name but he was very nice too. Tasty chicken and tasty hash browns.

I enjoy their food or else I would never go in the first place but the service sets this place apart. The staff are also so pleasant and helpful, but today they really stepped it up while I was in there with my daughter and had my hands full. Long story very short, the staff brought everything to my table, including drink, straw, and napkins because I was holding a five month old and couldn’t easily do it for myself. This was nearing the end of the lunch rush and they took this extra precious time to make me a customer for life. I hope that my daughter works there someday and learns customer service from the staff at the Hilliard Chik Fil A.

One would think that all ChikFila’s are wonderful… this is not the case with the Hiiliard Ohio location. It is generally dirty, especially the play area and the food is not fresh. They also have very slow service! –WARNING — beware!

It’s Chick-​Fil-​A ! These reviews should write themselves ! The chain is probably the most consistent I’ve ever experienced. The food is always tasty, the prices are always fair and the service is always the best ! I’m not usually a fan of «cookie cutter» restaurants but when things are consistently good, I become one ! This location is no exception! I have to give extra props for being able to handle the always massive lunch rush with grace and ease !

Wherever I go, Chic Fil A is always clean. The staff is always friendly and so well trained. And the food is always good. This location is no exception. Superb as always. I only wish they were open on Sunday’s.

There isn’t another fast food place that has as good of service as this place. I came in here on a Friday for lunch shortly after noon recently. The drive-​thru line was wrapped around the building and out to the street. The dining room was almost packed and there were 3 different lines of people. I ordered take-​out and was in and out of there in 10 minutes or less. The food is always great here as well. This is one of my go to places for lunch during the week.

I love me some chik fil a so it doesn’t take a lot to convince me to go, even way out of my neighborhood. So I came to this chik Fil a for a little Unilocalers breakfast for dinner.
This location has a play place, my kids ate the chicken, and apparently they also do kids Events like story times, so this would be a fun place to meet with friends on this side of town for a coffee and play date.
My only beef (see what I did there?) was that when I asked the manager for more chicken minis for my husband after our toddler ate hers and his she was like «ok I will but really you’re only supposed to have one» and I was like «if you’re going to give it to me don’t act all begrudging, and if you’re not, just say so» so I thought that was kind of flaky, but the location is clean and bright, the kids area is good for walkers and crawlers, and they have a variety of fun events!

Having just relocated from the south, we were happy to find a Chick Fil A. Sad news is that it was not as good as we’ve come to expect. Service was slow. Staff friendly and apologized, but waiting 10+ minutes for our food was the difference between being late and being on time for school.

You know, I don’t often feel compelled to write a review about a fast food joint but without over dramatizing this, I had to do it right now. I have been in this place three times, always promptly greeted with a friendly smile and vast knowledge of a menu to which I knew little about prior to my visit. There is currently a push in the inner cities with fast food workers trying to form unions and picketing the business for a higher wage when in most cases I don’t feel it is earned. The employees at other places typically look miserable and ready to leave. The staff here was ready to serve. This is the first fast food place where I saw a sense of pride at every position and I would be willing to hire any of these employees on the spot. I love seeing people take pride in what they do whether it is cleaning a bathroom or creating a delicious chicken sandwich because that will translate to future success. Kudos to the management for properly training your employees. This is the first fast food where I felt an initiative to ask them if I could tip them. Good work should be rewarded and while they wouldn’t except my tip, I made sure to let the store know how impressed I was. JOB WELL DONE!

I don’t normally rate places 5 stars based on a single visit but customer service and hospitality is always a reason to break the rules. This Chick-​fil-​A has a level of customer service that you do not find at many (if any) fast food places.
Coming in on a Monday night, I had my usual #4 combo which was juicy and hit the right spot after a long day at the office. Of course, I can never get enough fries and is one of the highlights of my meal.
As I was wrapping up dinner, 1 of the front line employees came up to take my tray, offer a refill, and asked how I enjoyed my food. How many places walk around asking to refill your cups? In addition, we had a brief conversation about random topics as if we were friends catching up.
I think this is my new favorite Chick-​fil-​A in Cbus!

Great southern chicken sandwich! With waffle fry’s! I love this play. Prices are good also. well the under $ 6 meal price. cheaper and better than McDonald! I respect that they also close on Sunday.

Its okay, but nothing to write home about.

Everyone else on here seems to love this. And I… just barely like it. Oh, it’s fine, and a little better than most fast food. And the chicken itself is very good– juicy, flavorful, etc. Also the staff, as others mentioned, is great. Very friendly; I was even offered a mint after my meal. So 4 stars for service and chicken, 2 for my actual meal.
I had the deluxe sandwich combo. I pulled some chicken off the edge, and plain, it was great. As part of the sandwich, meh. The touted waffle fries were mushy and flavorless.
The place was spotless. I was looking forward to trying this out (I’m pretty sure it was my first-​ever visit to a Chick-​Fil-​A.) But if I ever go back, I’ll just get chicken tenders or some other plain chicken item.

They may not have invented chicken, but they certainly redefined it. Easily some of the best, juiciest white meat chicken I’ve ever had. And that’s *before* it’s breaded w/​their amazing breading and then fried up in their peanut oil. The end result is an amazingly refreshing chicken that isn’t matched anywhere else. And to pair it with *waffle* fries? OMG, I’m in heaven. If you’re a morning person, you can also snag their ‘like mom used to make’ gravy biscuit (some of the best non-​Mom sausage gravy I’ve ever had) and instead of the ‘done everywhere else’ hashbrowns you get tater crowns! Booyeah!
I don’t think I’ve been in a CFA yet where the staff wasn’t the most courteous, helpful, and polite of any fast food place. Referring to you by name (from your debit card), greeting you when you walk in, bringing the food to your table, coming around asking if you need refills or something disposed of, it’s just part of their culture. I go to this particular CFA about twice a week and almost everyone there has taken the time to learn my name and my preferences. And they actually engage with you talking about your life or their life (how’s the baby? etc). Personalized service. That’s where its at.

One of the best fast food places in Cbus based on customer services and hot food. Good quality chicken that tastes fresh everytime. I don’t need to write a long review but this place has always been super polite and prompt with their service. The best fast food workers in the area. The manager must train and choose very wisely.

Okay. This is awesome. Aside from the food which tastes awfully fresh. The Customer service is AMAZING!!! Even if the place is packed. They treat you as though you are the only one sitting in the restaurant. The staff is so friendly that it is sickening. It’s almost like being in the twilight zone cause you can’t believe that any place could have so many nice people under one roof. I have not gone in there at anytime and seen a customer service rep with a frown or anything. They all take pride in what they do.
The chicken sandwiches are great. All their ingredients taste fresh and has the right amount of seasoning. The fried chicken items are not really greasy at all which is quite weird. The bread is never soggy from grease or anything like that. OH AND THE WAFFLE FRIES. Are you kidding me. The waffle fries are Freaking fantastic.
If the food here sucked. I think that I would still frequent this venue due to the customer service alone.

NEW SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH REVIEW:
Just enough spice to actually earn the word «spicy» in its name; not many fast food places do that. Unlike Wendy’s Spicy Chicken, with Chick-fil-A’s you feel the bite and the flavors rush in as soon as you dive in. Wendy’s you kind of have to bite, chew, swallow… then wait…
I’ve never known other levels of customer service because I don’t go to any other Chick-​fil-​A except for this one. A+! I couldn’t decide between the basic sandwich vs the deluxe and the super nice lady at the register ordered one in between. AND THEN TOPPED IT OFF WITH «my pleasure!».
