I purchased a washer/​dryer and table and chairs from this location. The delivery guys were on time but the guy assembled the table legs incorrectly (on the outside, 180 degrees out) and damaged… one of the chairs was cracked down the middle of the seat, the corner of the table was smashed, and one of the legs was cracked down the middle.
I have literally made 14 phone calls about the cracked chair over the past three months and keep getting the runaround. I don’t expect a thing for the rest of the damage but DO expect a functional chair that won’t pinch my guests rear ends when they sit on it.
I’ve spoken to the local reps and corporate … Bought the set in late June and it’s now late September and still no replacement chair.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. HHGregg will never get my business again and every person I can advise of my experience, I will.

Great selection, good customer service with prices a little high unless it is on sale. I thought everything seemed a bit higher here unless it was on sale. I like the ability to browse here as it is easy to cycle through everything and narrow what you want in electronics when you have everything right in front of you. I have been here a few times and I always have someone ask if I need help. There is no issue with finding customer assistance here.
