FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Like others have mentioned, the staff is not helpful whatsoever and have no sense of urgency to help customers… Either they need more employees working on a better system to help people who need help printing and those there to pickup…

The staff here is rude and unhelpful. One woman that was helping me seemed so put off when I had a questional so I just left.
There’s a ups down the sidewalk that’s much less crowded and their staff is actually helpful.

I’m not sure what the main problem is here, the customer service or the fact that nothing ever quite works right. Perhaps a little of both. I have attempted to use the printing services at this location and have never (in 4 – 5 visits) had a flawless experience. I have been ignored by the employees, and have run into faulty equipment time and time again. If you’re looking for a new location for printing services, keep looking.

I have been to this FedEx multiple times for help with scanning, printing, etc. The people in this department are SUPER helpful and very knowledgeable about computers. I recommend this location to everyone needing help with any kind of scanning, printing, copying, etc needs! I did not catch anyone’s name, but I have been helped by a different person each time and I always receive the same wonderful service!

They shipment made it here to my place on the day they stated… But I live at an apartment… They knocked… Then left it on the door! We have an office for deliveries and they left it at my door. Thankfully someone was home. I’m not happy!

I wish I could actually give this place no stars but that’s not actually possible on Unilocal.Today I tried to process a return through FedEx on a FedEx prepaid label which from my assumption should take about 5 minutes of my time however today would not be the case. There was some room in the box of my return and instead of the customer service representative taking the already thrown away scraps of a packaging that were 5 feet away and completing this seemingly menial task. She instead informed me she was unable to accept my prepaid FedEx return until that was completed by items either in my car or elsewhere. I then asked her why this was and she said she was unable to take the trash from their trash because this is a service they provide and she would have to charge me 4 dollars for this service. So basically I could have gone outside of the FedEx grabbed a bunch of garbage from the public garbage and filled the void of my box for free but inside the walls of a FedEx trash is $ 4 This is the worst customer service I have ever received from any company ever. You would be better off driving to wherever you’re shipping your package and delivering it yourself instead of dealing with any of these condescending and downright rude people NEVER GO HERE.

Line is beyond slow! They have about 5 workers and only 1 is helping guests. When you get to the front counter the associate who helped me seems to not want to be here. She threw my receipt on the counter and didn’t even say thank you. Worst service I’ve ever had. I’d consider another location or try UPS.

I went to the FedEx store on 185^th in Hillsboro by Trader Joe’s to mail a package. The rep «Krista» stopped me from filling out my Airbill and said they now do it for me. I told Krista that I needed this to go overnight delivery on Saturday. She said no problem and filled out the Airbill for $ 38.50 plus the cost of a box. Then I discover it is not set up for delivery today but MONDAY at 8 PM! What! What’s the point of paying so much for a Monday delivery when I specifically said «Overnight Saturday»! All their 1 – 800 # customer service said was «you should have proofed the Airbill»…excuse me… Krista stopped me from filling out out and finished it herself. If I had filled it out I would have marked it correctly. Now the package isn’t going to get there till Monday. If I had wanted Monday delivery I would have mailed it USPS. I’ve never had a problem shipping overnight via USPS or the UPS stores. Never go here! Go to the UPS store up the street 22 115 NW Imbrie Dr, Hillsboro, OR 97 124, just up the street not even 5 mins away. What I thought would save me time cost me dearly and their lip service snide answers didn’t help. The least they could have done was bump the delivery to morning on Monday. 38.50 $ for crappy service… don’t go here.

Joey was super helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back for any of my printing needs.

Don’t expect friendly help if they have issues with your PDF documents. They will give you excuses for why they didn’t call during the 2 hour wait and how the system can’t handle your documents then look at you like you are the problem. If there are issues, use the means of communication that were given when the order was placed. That way customers can adjust their TIME SENSITIVE documents accordingly.

Ugh. The post-​it note collection is great? I mean, it’s a FedEx Office and looks similar if not better than the countless other FedEx Offices I have interacted with. The big difference is the customer service. As I was using the self-​service copy machine, I encountered a problem, and the staff did a very poor job of a) being helpful, b) helping and c) solving the problem. I just find it difficult to understand how a customer can do a better job than those whose job it is. And it wasn’t just one employee, it was three, which made me realize that the problem is their attitude. If you’re going to pick up office supplies, this location is great and is fully stocked, but if your task requires more hands-​on assistance from someone working there, be warned.

So.
For whatever insane reason I had to come here and fax something.
I was greeted and set up with a fax that didnt work. Needs toner, she said.
Then my 34 page document was taken to a behind the counter fax which took FOREVER to send my document.
Im not kidding.
The cost? $ 50.
Bitter pill to swallow.
I think I could buy a fax machine for that.
3 stars for still being here and for packages and for the second girl who helped me.

I am an independent sales rep and I use a FedEx location as a hold for pickup as part of my business. I previously worked in Southern California and had a great relationship with my FedEx Office there, so I know that Fedex can be great. From my first interaction with this FedEx Office I have gone from hesitant to outraged at their terrible customer service. The first time I called to ask a question I felt that the representative was less than courteous. Nothing terrible just not great, but I let it go because not everyone is pleasant over the phone and my question was answered.
My second experience was to pick up a shipment that was shipped there to hold for pickup. FedEx received the shipment on Friday and I went on Tuesday to pick it up. When I arrived I was greeted and asked for my ID and an employee went to look for my packages. She came back with 2 packages and passed me off to a different employee to check out. This employee was in training and seemed unsure of what to do, he kept looking at a different employee for help but didn’t receive any. After a few minutes he figured it out and I signed for my packages and was on my way. Three days later (the next Friday) I received a call from my company saying that the FedEx Office had called and that they had 2 packages that were going to be returned that day if I didn’t pick them up. It turns out that the original shipment had been 4 boxes, not 2, and the employee didn’t give me all of my packages when I went to pick them up.
I called the FedEx location and explained what had happened to Erica and told her that I could pick up the additional packages that evening, she told me that it was their policy to return packages after 5 days and that picking them up that evening would be too late. She told me that she would call their customer service to see if they could hang on to the package and would call me right back. After waiting an hour I decided to call back. I spoke to Erica again and she said that she had passed this off to her supervisor Anna. I spoke with Anna at that time and she told me that I had to be there by 5pm to pick up my packages or else they would be returned. I told her that I wasn’t sure if I would be able to make it there by 5pm and asked if there was anything that they could do because this was their mistake. She told me that I needed to speak to her manager but that her manager was busy and he would call me back in a few minutes. I asked to make sure that he would actually call me back since I wasn’t called back the first time and she said yes that he would call as soon as he was done. Again, I waited an hour and then I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. Matthew came on the phone and I explained the situation. He very casually apologized for the inconvenience and quickly brushed past the fact that it was his employee’s fault by saying that sometimes packages come at different times– they were all delivered on Friday and I went to pick them up on Tuesday so I dont really know how that makes a difference. Matthew then told me very easily that it was no problem and he would hold my packages until the time that I could pick them up that night. What?! How is it this simple after I waited over 2 hours to have him tell me this? If this is how the problem was solved 2 hours earlier I would have said «Great, thank you» and gone about my day as a happy customer understanding that sometimes mistakes happen, but the 2 hour run around of bad customer service and follow through means that I’m finding a new FedEx location to use for my business.

I needed to copy both sides of a card. I first went to the one on Cornell. The lady there was kinda rude. told me she got it (when I try to explain to her what I wanted) but messed up twice. rather than spend any more time there, I came here.
Megan (I think that was the name but not sure) was patient and got it right.

I rejoiced a few years ago when this Kinko’s was bought up by FedEx. That means I can drop off FedEx packages here, not at some authorized shipping center that usually frown when you drop off a package with a prepaid label.
And that’s what I’ve been doing the past few years — drop off packages. So I can’t really review all the other services they provide. But this place is always bright, clean with plenty of people ready to help.

So after my fiasco at the FedEx Office/​Kinkos in San Francisco, I had to still reprint out my art piece for my mom. She lives in Oregon, so when I went to visit I brought my USB. I was pretty preoccupied with other plans for most of the trip, so when she asked «Should we go print the piece?» I didn’t know where to go.
She drove me to this FedEx, where I was pleasantly surprised by the nice attitudes and friendly help I received from the employees there. The most help was Charlotte. She was really helpful and she did a great job. I would definitely go back here again.
