WOW! Bhavesh and Ashley were amazing help with an extremely valuable printing project. Not only did they QUICKLY finish the project but added features to make it easier to use at a most reasonable price. It is wonderful to have a business with whom I I can entrust such important projects. THANK YOU UPS on 185^th!

In the five months since the last review this store has gone down the tubes. Been in several times always a long line, they are always slooooow and not staffed correctly. Having one person is just not a good idea, the excuse this time is people were at lunch well it’s almost three o clock I don’t by it

For our Oregon Waterfowl Festival, we had a large order to get done with a short turn around. The owner of the store stayed hours late on a Friday evening to compete our job and still for a better price then his competition. Thank you UPS Store!

I’ve seen new faces in here over the last couple months and the service has vastly improved! It appears I wasn’t alone in my feelings toward their previous employees.

Service at this store is excellent. Shout out to Ashley who always does a fantastic job on my printing projects. She is always extremely helpful, and my projects come out better than I expect every single time!

I have used this store on a number of occasions for mailing packages at the last minute. The staff has always gone above and beyond. The owner, Bhavesh, recently ran 5 blocks to try to stop a UPS truck for me so that my package could go out that day (the package went out successfully). And I hadn’t even paid him yet for the package. I mean really, how many owners or stores would do that? Last Christmas I had a large box to mail to the East coast. To save me money on the deliver fees, they offered and cut down and repacked my box, which save me about $ 25.00. Again, how many businesses would do that?
This store and Bhavesh have my complete loyalty and admiration. Terrific, terrific, terrific.

This is an excellent place offering local service under the umbrella of a giant corporation, and such personal attention is rare in our capitalist, consumer-​driven culture. Highly recommended.
Today I went in to the Tanasbourne location to mail an important package to my mother for Mother’s Day. I was nervous about the shipment, as it was a valuable item and traveling a fair distance, but I received service that really went above and beyond from Ashley, who personally assisted me in making sure my package was carefully boxed, insured, tracked, and handled with care. She was detailed in describing the services provided for my request and even offered visual examples. She explained the difference between the types of service and insurance available to me, and handled my request confidently in under five minutes, acknowledging my need for an expedient transaction during a busy lunch break. Ashley even took the time to shake my hand.
I usually bring my packages to this location explicitly because of the excellent service I receive from the staff at Tanasbourne, but this transaction was exceptional, and I could not be more grateful. I know my package will arrive on time, in pristine condition because of this dedication to quality.

Helpful and fast service. I needed to use their copy machine and then mail something USPS. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and even encouraged me to enjoy the sunny day. :)

I took on the ominous task of mailing out my mother’s Christmas cards. We had a letter and a photo collage. Bhavesh, the owner, offered to print out our addresses on labels and stuffed the over 200 envelopes for only the price of the labels! Not bad! During the process, Bhavesh was very easy to reach via email and was quick to respond. Going to this store saved me a ton of time and earned me major points from Mom. Thanks so much.

I pre-​printed labels with UPS on line and was told to take them to a UPS store for signature to ship because the value was over $ 1000. When I got to this store I was told they couldn’t sign for anything with that dollar amount unless they printed the labels because they weren’t UPS, they were an independent business. I had already printed the labels and paid for them so why would I do that again. If they weren’t able to do it then UPS shouldn’t let this «independent business» do UPS services. On top of all that, the guy behind the counter was extremely rude. I won’t be going back there

I see why they get bad reviews. I received very good service here the first time but today the man behind the desk insisted I take my packages off the scale and back onto the hand truck and to the back room to make it convenient for him. What does he think I am? His employee? The other worker told me he’s the owner. That was surprising. Awful service. I’ll take all of my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same. There are plenty of other ups stores.

This store saved my life! My husband was stuck in a foreign country pending my ability to get documents to him ASAP. As soon as I explained the situation the store owner understood my urgency. He immediately got on the phone to help me figure out the best option. He was patient with me while I worked out what to do, and even kept his calm and kindness while my two-​year-​old ran around the store. The owner made my hectic situation so much easier to navigate. This store is wonderful!

I’ve had wildly different experiences here.
My first was very good — the young man behind the counter was friendly and knowledgable and I was really happy with them
Today I went to drop something off with a pre-​printed label and I needed tape to secure the label to the package. and the older man there (the owner?) insisted on a $ 1 charge for the two little pieces of tape needed to put the label on the package. Seriously? Look, I totally get that it’s not free and you have expenses to cover, etc, but what just happened here is bad customer service that’s going to stick with me (and, oh look, I’m also telling other people about it!)
What did that tape cost you? Pennies, maybe? What has the experience of nickel and dime-​ing your customer cost you?: That customer and all of her future business, because why would I now would go back to that store?

Didn’t deliver my package. Sent it back, but mistakenly sent it again. Still haven’t gotten it back. They keep telling me it’s in Beaverton (for a month now) but won’t refund me, won’t use the insurance I bought for it, and it’s way to late to get a refund for the product I was sending out! Poor excuse for management, customer service and ownership. Use FedEx!

Good customer service. But most important, very knowledgeable about the shipping industry. Always looking to get you the best rates for your shipping needs. I sleep well at night knowing these guys will get my packages where they need to be on time.

I went here because they were listed as a DHL Authorized Ship center and I needed to ship something via DHL using the recipient’s account number. As soon as they found out that they won’t be getting any money from me, they’re unhelpful. They didn’t want to give me those free waybills that you can fill out to ship the package. I asked if there’s another place nearby that has the waybill and they said no.
I went on the web and found Postal Works a couple minutes away (also listed as DHL authorized center) and they were able to provide with with the waybill and even an extra form they know is needed to ship internationally.
So, if you already have a DHL package ready with waybill completed, then you can drop off your package here. Otherwise, go elsewhere.
They really should be removed from the list of DHL’s website’s authorized ship centers!

Abridged Version: AVOID THIS PLACE!!! (fedex is about 3 stores down)
Long Version:
My wife and I sold a framed print on eBay (size was approx. 15×23) and utilized approximately 50 feet of bubble wrap before constructing the box around the print. When shipping we told the Asian gentlemen that the print was fragile and was framed with glass. We told him how we shipped it (i.e. just the bubble wrap) and he proceeded to sell us additional insurance in case of damage.
FFWD: The day after our package was lost the online tracking system updated with the message that it was being sent back to sender because it was damaged. My wife and I went in and spoke with another gentlemen who said that they would look into it when it arrived but that in order to collect on insurance we needed to pack with bubblewrap, peanuts, and put our box into another box. This fact was conveniently left out by the employee when he sold us the insurance. Obviously, we would have adhered to any requirements in order to satiate the demands of the insurance contract. However, this location would rather just collect the money for additional insurance as the loophole was undisclosed to us.
We picked up our package and not only was the glass broken but they had cut into our box and several inches of bubble wrap and cut the frame. Unbelievable.
However, on our way out the owner offered my wife $ 10 in free copies. That should make the sting of the $ 300 loss feel better.
Unfortunately, our claim was denied. The Asian kid who works at that location told his boss that he told us about the options. I am sure I will see $ 300 in my lifetime again but lying to cover your own but lacks integrity. Selling insurance without informing the customers of the packing requirements lacks integrity.
Do yourself a favor and go to FedEx or USPS as this location lacks integrity and will be dishonest and not do the right thing.
