this may be a great place to get a mailbox but when it comes to service and help don’t bother. …i had that feeling when i stayed interacting with the employee. I needed to send something to be tracked add it was a deposit for a vacation. Now it’s gone missing and the taking he said i have only tracks when it leaves their site. I would not recommend this store and will never do business with them. They are inexperienced and don’t know what they are doing

We got a mailbox here at the UPS store almost 6 years ago when we moved here. We have never had any problems. Everyone here is very nice, friendly, helpful and has superb customer service! When you walk in, someone always greets you with a smile. Highly recommended!!! I love the USPS store.
