Our first contact was with Andrea to schedule a walk through of the house we were in the process of purchasing. We appreciated that she was very flexible in scheduling because we had some issues with the sellers allowing us to access the house before closing. After that, she also was flexible in moving the start date of their work as our close date kept shifting out. Once we finally closed and had keys to the house, Armando’s team started work within the next day.
Armando and his team worked tirelessly to repair several wall/​trim areas in the house and then paint every surface. When I shared my concern about timeline (bid was for 5 days but contract stated 8 days), the team put in extra hours and very late nights to be sure the house was ready to turn over to the flooring contractor, after which he’d return to finish up. That said, he did not rush through the job so much that quality was sacrificed, because he also cares about the finished product and that his clients are happy.
Unfortunately, the work finally was completed after 11 work days (not including downtime for flooring contractors and cleaners), even during our moving day despite the commitment to be «100% complete» the day prior. This is our only real complaint about the overall job, since the initial estimate of 5 days is the primary reason we chose Hernandez.

Hernandez Professional Painting recently pressure washed a neighbor’s sidewalks in my neighborhood. The sidewalk looked nice when they were done, but all of the mud and debris was just left on the neighboring sidewalks, and the streets. A professional would have finished the job by cleaning up, not pushing the mess onto someone else.
