Long slow lines. No ketchup. No napkins included. I had to wipe my hands with paper bag my food came in. Ate my burger and fries without ketchup. You would think McDonalds knows better.

Don’t order the mozzarella sticks, an absolute disaster. Not hot and not fresh. They were like eating cheese rubber. The marinara sauce? Not bad.

I drove through and ordered two milks and a biscuit. I was about five miles away when I found that the second milk was sour (not just borderline either). I drove the rest of my 25 mile trip home with that nasty taste in my mouth … yuk. I emailed their customer service and got an email stating they would work harder to prepare their milk better … really? How about replacing the sour milk you sold to me McDonalds?

I go here every now & then because it’s on my way home from work & nice in a pinch to grab something after a 10 hour day. The only reason I’m writing this is because they have gotten my order wrong 3 out of the 4 times I’ve been. I get a double burger with no pickle & no ketchup but add mayonnaise. Usually no one can find the mayo button. Then usually the pickle is still on it. Today was the last straw, at least a pickle I can pick off. Versus the mound of ketchup they left on tonight. Sooo gross! I just wasted my $ on something I just threw away because ketchup is just beyond nasty. Thanks!

The drive through crew is the slowest of any McD’s. I tried to get something last weekend and the line took 5 to 10 minutes per car. I shut off my engine to save fuel each time the line did move. I finally got frustrated and departed with a lead foot. I then went to a different McDonald’s location.
In my opinion the general manager needs to be replaced. This has been an ongoing problem for many months now.
Nice looking place, my only + comment. Props to the designer and builder.

Just another McDonald’s, but once I know they have frozen strawberry lemonade it’s the only McDonald’s in the universe. Sigh. I can’t believe how cold and cool they make me feel on a humid day. I can stop drinking them anytime I want, yes I can. Just watch me (until I come across the next McDonald’s advertising them).

This McDonalds can almost never get my order right. It seems like it would be so simple. The order is correct on the drive thru screen, but hardly ever gets to me correctly.

This is probably the nicest and hippest McDonalds in the state. I have been to the same style of Mcdonalds in Chicago and NYC. The first one is this location in Oregon. But other than they are newer and nicer, the service really sucks! In general, McDonalds don’t give very good customer service. But hey is fast food… but this one just worse than other Macs I’ve been to in the area. The store manager is always giving me (my friends that visited at different time said so too) an irritated look even when I asked for 1 time refill the coffee … something is not right at this particular location. Anyone. same experience?

The fact that they put a McDonalds at Cornelius Pass and West Union is a total tragedy.
1. McDonalds are the absolute last thing we need more of in this world.
2. This is really pushing the limits of the UGB
3. Why would you plant palm trees when almost ANYTHING ELSE would grow in that fertile soil easily? Now you’ll have to constantly dump chemicals onto them to keep them healthy.
Oh wait. This is McDonalds– chemicals are one of their favorite things!

***New & Clean*** What more can you say. Eat your fast food in a cleaner environment! Its open 24 Hours. Its right off the highway, but in an undeveloped area. The best fast food fries. Order with no salt and they will drop a fresh batch. Can’t eat fries that has been sitting for a bit. I eat this on my cheat day, so I need it fresh out the fryer!

This is the nicest Mc Donalds by far, but I gotta say, it sucks that they built a MCD. The food is poison, and I almost never eat there, and its sad to see/​here all the neighborhood kids talking about going there to eat. To be honest, I frequent any MCD just for the cones… Yes I’m guilty

Brand new McDonalds just opened on Wednesday from what the drive-​thru girl told us. Nice looking and modern with a lot of water landscape features. Looks pretty good so far. Our order came through just fine.
