Really have to staff this place better. 2 pm on a Saturday with one on the line… Not cool.

To start off, if I could put negative stars I would. This location doesn’t deserve a star. I’ve been coming to this location for two years now simply because of how close to work it was. I placed an order online and they said they can’t change locations of the meal, they can’t refund my price on card. I had to waste my whole lunch and then some just to go all the way out there and grab my refund cash only, because there was a 3 hour limit they can hold my receipt for. My boss is pissed, I’m pissed, overall worst app experience of my life! SMFH. To finish this review off the cashier didn’t even bother saying sorry for the inconvenience or anything besides a snob on the phone. Didn’t call me back when said she would. Besides Jared being a bad person, I am now convinced subway is overall a bad company.

For some reason we have been to this subway only after 10pm. And every time we had a pleasant experience. We almost always see two ladies at the counter. Even late at around 11pm, they do greet you and have a pleasant professional attitude, which I appreciate. The bread seems pretty good even that late, unlike at some places where it is hard or stale even around 8 – 8:30pm. I also like that it is conveniently located right by Fred Meyer.

Ok. It’s Subway. It’s not a gourmet delicatessen. But everyone knows this coming in and therefore shouldn’t be expecting that. So the food is what it is. Not bad, not the best you’ve ever had either. But like I said, it’s Subway. That being said, the service here has always been excellent. Whoever owns this franchise has trained their people extremely well. They give you service with a smile and do their best to get you in and out in an efficient manner. Being that the largest Intel plant is right down the street they had better be fast and efficient, and they are! So if you’re looking for gourmet food I have no idea why you would come here. But if you’re looking for a relatively healthy alternative to fast food in a hurry I’d go here anytime.

I’ve eaten at Subway since I was a kid and this is one unique case of how a good chain can go bad. The folks here seem to be aiming for food cost reduction over good sandwiches. My foot long turkey had barely a sliver of meat, they were generous with the lettuce but I had to ask for extra peppers four times before it was reasonable Barely any sauce on your sandwich, etc. The toaster must’ve been broken b/c it didn’t toast my sandwich but it did a good job of drying out the bread. Maybe it’s this Subway, maybe they’ve all gone downhill I don’t know.

YUCK!!! I had to write this review right away, because the bad taste is literally still lingering in my mouth. I am working away and my co-worker was nice enough to bring me lunch. He opted for Subway, I thought to myself«solid». I got the Chicken & Bacon Ranch sandwich on my lunch.(Hence me writing this now). I got a 6in, on Honey Oat. Not much that you can really do wrong with this, right? Wrong. The sandwich was piled low(not high) with microwaved chicken that tasted like something my dog would enjoy, two strips of bacon and melted cheese. That’s it. Nothing else. Soooo… it tasted like bread with melted cheese, with a tad of bacon after-taste. Boo hiss. To make this even better…7 bucks for a freaking combo. What!!! If I am in this position again, I shall take my ass to quiznos for lunch, where they know how to toast a damn sandwich on the fly.
