Subway

I come here often on my lunch break at work. They can get pretty busy around noon but they always keep the line moving.
The staff is nice, they usually have all food options available in stock, and the ingredients seem fresh.

After reading some of the reviews I was really hesitant to come here but I decided to give it a go. A young gentleman with dark brown hair greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked how my day was going, which I really appreciated and continued to make small talk. He made one of the best Subway sandwiches I’ve ever had and his customer service was awesome :) I wish I would’ve gotten his name to give him the credit but overall I had a really good experience and would recommend going here!

This is one of the best subways I have ever been to! They packed my sandwiches full of veggies! And the staff was super friendly!

I like Subs, and this one is ok, nothing great, but ok. The sandwiches appear to be made by high school students, but if you ask for lots of veggies they give you lots of veggies. They do appear a bit more chaotic than the one I usually go to, but I also wont go to the one on Cornell, so I am limited.
Pros include: lots of veggies, super friendly
Cons Include: young servers, a bit chaotic

Worst Subway we’ve been at. We go to the one on Cornelius pass, which is out of our way, just to avoid this one. Tried them twice to make sure our first experience want a fluke. It wasn’t. Avoid at all cost to keep yourselves from a disappointment. How can a chain restaurant swing this far from the mark to make it this bad. Sick employees hacking and coughing all over the food. They were dressed in dirty disgusting uniforms looked like they hadn’t been washed in days. Throwing vegetables on the sandwich in such a nonchalant manner, that more landed on the counter and in the other vegetable holders than landed on the sandwich. And talk about slow and miserable looking employee’s. You’d have thought they were indentured servants and not regularly paid employees. No greeting, they just look at you, I guess they were waiting for us to order, and finally exasperatingly they say what do you want? Really? Okay… And this was both times we went, minus the hacking and coughing on the second trip. Wow.

Im a regular, but definitely not my favorite, I find not a huge fan of sandwiches, but like the convenience and price of the items. The staff is super friendly and location convenient.

This Subway in Hillsboro was awesome! the guy who made our sandwhiches was very nice and actually had a smile on his face the enitre time we were there! He was prior military as well but definitly deserved to be promoted after that experience, he looked like he loved his job, or was just thankful to have one! pretty amazing as the sandwhiches were :)

I love this subway. They pack your sub full of vegies! Not like the one on Cornelius pass where they count everything that goes in. Workers here were friendly and place gets packed during lunch hours.

My mom wanted to try the new turkey bacon avocado sub for her birthday so me and my dad went over and each got one. I did not have a problem with the service but when the employee had to separate the avocado with a knife I started to get suspicious. When we started to eat the subs we all noticed that the avocado was frozen it had very little bacon and was basically flavorless on top of the bread being rock hard. I wrote a complaint on the companies website and the asst manager called me back a couple days later and offered to give us 3 free sandwiched. But they had to be the same sandwiches. At least this time the avocado was not frozen but the sandwiches were still flavorless. I do not know if or when we will go back.

I went here one night after work loking to get some dinner. I walked in and it was packed. Alright fine. I’ll wait. I then an employie scratch his head and then his pimples and then put gloves on. uhhhh NO. Even with gloves on the germs still craw down the gloves. He needed to wash his hands. It even says that in the food handler’s manual.
Second, there was a girl hanging around the front counter and side door. I dont know if she works there or was talking to the guys who were working. They were mostly paying attention to her, rather customers orders.
After witnessing both of those I just walked out. Went over to Wendys across the street. This subway needs to hire people who are clean about them selves and pay attention and not to their buddies or girlfriends.

I like subway. I eat here at least 2 or 3 times a month. This subway was chaotic. They weren’t even that busy, but when the employee is rushing your sandwhich is shows.
First mistake? Dropping the meat on the floor and picking it up then not changing your gloves. GROSS
Second Mistake: Asking for light mayo and being told all the mayo they have is light mayo. Um. NO. The light mayo comes in LIGHT BLUE. besides, isn’t the customer always right?
Third mistake. Not even realizing you’re doing anything wrong. I think you may need to take the training course again.
Wont be visiting this subway, when there are so many other good ones around.
