We have a family dinner here tonight. First off my husband and I arrived later then the party the host wouldn’t even let us go check for our party. They told us they hadn’t been seated but they checked in. No one from our party was in the lobby. Someone finally came and got us from our group. One of the meals didn’t even come out in time. We all had our food get cold while we waited. The food was very bland especially for the price. 10:30 and it’s a war zone as we all fight over the toliets in our house. Three out of four are violently ill. I text some other family members and they too as well are worshiping the porcelain thrown. Never again! Totally try this place if you are too stupid or lazy to crack open a jar of prego and boil your own damn noodles.

I LOVE Italian food. This is the place to be when you crave some carbs. What’s great is every entrée included a salad and ice cream, the ice cream is my favorite part!

The bread is amazing, and I love that dinner comes with salad. The house dressing(creamy pesto) was really good! Almost like ranch, but with so much more character. The chicken Alfredo was mediocre at best. The chicken seemed like it was from a bag pre-cooked and really salty. The salt added something to the bland sauce. The past was cooked right and the dish came out hot. What really earned the 4 stars is the service! I sat in the bar and had Natasha as my server. She was attentive and let me have my space. She had a great smile and genuine friendly attitude. Even if the food is lacking, I’d come back again just because of the service

We’ve been here our fair share of times. I love that the gf pasta comes with little flags, so I know I’m actually eating what I ordered. My favorite dish is the browned butter and Mizithra, but since I’ve returned to veganism I now order the mushroom marinara pasta. It comes with a salad with your choice of creamy pesto, balsamic vinaigrette, or just vinegar and oil– which is what I got. I asked for no croutons on my salad, but they put them on anyway. So I had to send it back(I’m allergic to wheat) it was fast though, so I didn’t mind too much. The oil and vinegar however was extremely slimy. I poured some oil on my salad and went to pick up the salt and it slipped right out of my hand. But the pasta was good and I had no allergic reaction to it so I’m pleased. I only wish they had a vegan desert option!

We visited for a Murder Mystery night. It was a entertaining event despite the food. Would not return for the«chef boy r d» flavored spaghetti.

Food is so pricey for what the food really is. $ 9.50 for spaghetti and marinara? Not even a meat sauce. Come on… All meals come with soup or salad and ice cream for dessert(«3 course meal»). But it honestly isn’t my first choice for Italian food. Probably one of my last choices. Mostly because of the value and the overpriced meals. I gave them 3-stars overall because service was good and they support local schools. I was there to attend a fundraiser for an elementary(15% proceeds donated to school). Otherwise, I probably won’t be back.

Very very busy but as always the food was yummy and service was good. A little crazy with her trying to do service to two big tables and 4 lil tables all seated around the same time but great. My kids love this place.

Our server was marcos. The food was good, the service was GREAT. He suggested the crab ravioli, and it was exactly what I wanted. Thanks marcos!

So last night was my first and last time eating at the Old Spaghetti factory. I ordered a to go order of Fettuccini alfredo. I got home and ate it, although it was terribly bland. Fast forward two hours. I’m sweating and dizzy, horrible stomach cramps with bouts of horrible smelling burps. I start to vomit. I vomit off and on for 15 hours and almost have to call an ambulance I am so sick. When I called to report what their horrible food did to me, the manager told me he can give me a free entrée next time I come in. I don’t know if he just wasn’t thinking or didn’t believe me, but the last thing I would ever eat would be your poisonous bullshit. Avoid this place like the plague.

We really enjoyed this place: the food was good, the bread sticks with bacon were awesome, and service was spot-on. We’ll be back.

12/15, time for an update. Wow it has been 3 years since I brought my Mom here for a less than thrilling lunch. We were hungry on a Friday and saw Delivered Dish has a new addition, The Old Spaghetti Factory, lets give it a whirl. We ordered online and it took way longer than it was supposed to(as usual). I decided to get something totally different this time, Mizithra Cheese and Browned Butter, Hubby chose the lasagna. Mine came with soup or salad, we choose soup, ended up in the trash because we never bothered to eat it. The Mizithra Cheese and Browned Butter was so dry, so very dry and I must admit kind of flavorless, not much butter or cheese detected, just a lot of dry noodles. Not worth the calories for something so boring. I should have read my review again before letting hubby order the Lasagna. It was dry, and not very cheesy, as I said in my previous review, tastes like Stouffer’s, nothing has changed there. My lasagna kills theirs. I ordered a «side» of chicken breast to get some protein, it is an excellent value, however it seems to have some sort of a light breading on it and yes of course, it’s dry as hell. Lastly, my fond memories of the bread has either faded or they have changed the brand, and I do miss the garlic butter that used to come with it when you ate in the Restaurant(maybe it still does). Overall they are a miss, and a very pricey spot for a family to have a nice meal. When I was young they were cheap, tasty, a good value and had family friendly prices, today not so much. They have gone the way of most chain restaurants, under served and overpriced.

I ordered the Chicken Marsala and Manager’s special. Both came with their Mizithra cheese pasta with brown butter, a salad, bread, and spumoni ice cream. I’m going to say no to this place. The pasta and chicken marsala was way too salty. I could feel my blood pressure rise from heating this stuff. The salad, bread, and ice cream was good though.

I love the Old Spaghetti Factory! They have the velvet chairs, the trains, stained glass, the whole décor is awesome! The food is also very tasty and delicious! You get out of the oven warm sourdough bread while you wait for your food. The price includes and appetizer, entrée and dessert. I got a salad, cheese ravioli’s and ice cream. I love that you get everything included in one price, it’s a bit pricey but you get 3 items. Although I must say that the entrée is a small portion. But everything was so good. The customer service is through the roof and it’s always a pleasure to come here because they always treat you right.

Had a 6 pm reservation and didn’t hey seated till 6:45(they did offer us outdoor seating in 100 degree weather) They did offer free appetizers to make up for it. The Chicken ceaser salad was so watery which the romaine lettuce sucked right up. Would I go back No to many good choices in the area

I’ve lived in Oregon all my life and somehow have never dined at the Old Spaghetti Factory despite my love of Italian food. I was very impressed. I found the food to be good, the service to be prompt, and the ambiance pleasing. Despite it being a Friday night and apparently Prom we didn’t have to wait long to be seated or served even though I could tell the server was having a hectic night she was quite pleasant. I was also impressed with the very reasonable prices. I remember the reason we initially chose to go there was because they had a low priced spinach dip appetizer which is what we were craving and every other place we looked at it was ridiculously expensive. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because while the food was good, it was t amazing and I was hoping for a little bit more variety. But we will be back, for sure!

Though this place has been a favorite for years, the last 2 visits have left a bad taste in my mouth. About 6 weeks ago, we were out for date night. Pasta sounded delightful. I know on a Saturday night the wait can be obnoxious but we were seated within 10 min. Our table was obviously an afterthought. It seemed to be stuck in where I’d never seen one before. Smack dab in the middle of traffic flow. This might warrant more attention to a table, but no… We waited nearly 10 min before being greeted and asked for a drink order. It was another 12 min before our drinks and bread arrived. Then, when my bf ordered the«hearty» meal(supposedly a larger serving size for $ 3 more)…his serving was the same as mine. Ugh… Fast forward to today. Lunchtime. Nice and quiet. Post workout carb load. Old Spaghetti Factory it is! How, I ask you, does it take nearly 10 min to bring 2 waters?! Asked the waitress what fat free options they had for salad dressing and she suggested their balsamic vinaigrette. Looked it up… 18 grams of FAT??? How is that fat free?! I’m sad that this place will be crossed off my list of favorites but with little to no knowledge of their nutritional info, little to no customer service etiquette, and little to no hustle I just can’t justify coming back.

Me and a friend decided to stop by here after I got off work tonight. All I can say is what a mess I felt completely judged and disrespected first we ordered the garlic bread which was mediocre(garlic bread should by definition at least have a hint of garlic not just cheese.) I ordered a coke and he got a tequila and pineapple. This is where the judgement starts. I left something in the car we both run outside real fast in the two minutes we are gone they clear the table and the guy at the table next to us says«they thought you ditched on your tab.» Really… We had just ordered our dinners. We get blown off by the server the next 20 minutes then some other server comes over and asks if we need anything I ask for another coke my friend another tequila. She brings my coke and leaves 10 minutes later the first server comes and asks again if we need anything my friend inquires about his drink. This girl really says I don’t feel comfortable serving you. He had literally only had that one drink. We feel completely disrespected why cause we dont look like all the rest of your diners… Ask for a manager he gives us the run around. Never again will I eat at this place. Plus your Marsala is practically syrup and as a lot of these other reviews have said you can tell everything is prefrozen and that generally the cooks don’t care about what they are putting out. And about your tip you earned all .20 $ of it.

We asked for water with lemons and straws 3 times to our waiter and once to another server. We got water and one straw. Its obvious something is missing in the management at this place. The staff seemed confused and overwhelmed when it wasn’t too busy.

Okay, this is a great restaurant. My husband and I come here often and usually enjoy the experience. Tonight, however, was completely out of control. We arrived just after 8pm. When we walked in, we were told that it would«be a few minutes» or we could sit in the bar. Being just the two of us, we opted to sit in the bar. We were offered drinks and bread quickly, but soon, the girl who was supposed to be hosting at the entrance was interrupting the bartender. She was asking him personal questions, and said, «F you!» very loudly several times. She held up our receiving our food and refills. If I wanted to be subjected to obscenity during dinner, I’d stay home, eat hot pockets and watch HBO. If that girl is here next time we come in, we will be leaving. She’s rude and totally unaware of herself and how her actions reflect on her and the establishment she works for. I had the the garlic shrimp fettuccine, which was flawless and my husband had the chicken marsala(which he said was very good). If it weren’t for this one girl, this review would easily have been a 4 or 5 star. Our server(Carlos) was otherwise attentive and helpful to his coworkers, which was awesome to see.
