I arrived about 6:40 last night, a Friday night, and was seated right away. It went downhill from there. I was waiting for a friend to join me and ordered a glass of red wine, which was served promptly. My friend arrived about 7:15 and she ordered a glass of white wine and we also ordered one pasta dish to share. 30 minutes later, still no wine. We finally called our waiter over and he checked and said it had never been put into the system. What? My friend said to forget it. We waited another 10 minutes, and still no food. The restaurant was busy, people were eating and drinking — except for us. It’s like we were invisible. We decided to leave. We got up and asked to speak to the manager who was apologetic and gave us coupons for free appetizers. But we won’t be back. The West Linn location is excellent. This one isn’t. What terrible service.

This restaurant is decent but not great. We ordered the shrimp scampi and the sauce was delicious but the shrimp was over cooked and dry. I had high expectations for the shrimp pesto pasta based on the Unilocal reviews but it was average at the best and I wouldn’t order it again. The clam appetizer was decent but the clams weren’t fully clean. Also the tiramisu wasn’t good and the bread pudding was pretty chewy. Overall this place is average but I wouldn’t come back here

By far the best bread in town. Comes served warm with garlic infused olive oil. Food and service are good. Terrific happy hour menu!

Been here enough to say I like it, but it lacks being truly Italian. Not bad food, but not Italian. Never really overly impressed, and pricey for what you get.

Another good dining experience at Bugatti’s, overall. Reliably good happy hour, however service issues still plague this location. When I left the table for a moment, the waiter came by and asked my mother if we were ready to order. She replied that she wasn’t sure what I wanted and asked to wait a few more minutes. The waiter then told her he «knew what I wanted» and insisted that she order. He apparently had overheard us talking about the menu. Just like their«rule» that happy hour choices cannot be boxed up, and waiters will actually tell you what you will order, this was a uniquely rude experience.

Nice atmosphere and great service, but the food was a mixed bag. I wasn’t thrilled with the Fungi pasta(though I did order it with whole wheat noodles), as it was under seasoned and the cream sauce was too«light» for me.(When I order a cream sauce, I want something fattening and delicious!) However, my husband’s lasagna was great, so I think we will be back.

Tried them for the first time tonight. The kids eat all of there pizza. Had the lobster and prawn tortellini and the husband had baked ziti. Mother and law had minestrone soup and father and law had lasagna. All of the food was great. The waiter was very attentive and did an exemplary job. Will eat here again.

A but pricey but worth it in my book. Everything we had was flavorful. The veggies tasted fresh and were cooked and seasoned just right. The variety of pasta, cooked a perfect al dente, was served with sauces that accompanied a well paired protein. The fry on the calamari was spot on and the cocktails were stout but not overly stiff. Good, clean, open space makes this place feel warm and inviting. We weren’t sure if they were family friendly as we had our lil monsters w us. Called ahead and hostess assured us this location def was family friendly. Glad we gave them a shot… I see a follow up review in their future!

Not really Italian tastes. Came here on lunch and ordered spaghetti. The meatballs didn’t match with the sauces.(Don’t judge me when I have been to many Italian restaurants). The positive thing was the noodles were cooked rightly– neither too soft nor hard. The services were ok. Just checked on the customers one time while I was there. I will come back but I’m definitely gonna order something else :)

The food here is pretty good. I tried to order over the phone for pick up one time and was placed on hold until I hung up 11 minutes later when I assume they forgot they placed me on hold. Other than that one experience it’s been great, quality service and food. The salads are really good!

I have been here a few times with my family, It is a good place to go with a group, The food is good, there is plenty of variety for everyone to find something they want. I think the Focaccia bread with olive oil, garlic, salt etc that comes out before you order is the best thing I have eaten there. Last time I had the penne pasta with alfredo sauce and grilled chicken, The chicken was excellent, flavorful and delicious. The pasta alfredo was fairly bland. My dad seemed happy with his chicken parmesan my mom not so much. The Portions seemed about right I had a half portion of the pasta and left full.

The lasagna rocked. Good marinara sauce with generous amount of meat. Loved it. My father ordered ravioli… that was good too. For an Italian restaurant their portion size is good… you would need a box! The ambience is really nice… great place for a date and yet for a birthday party too. The outside seating is really nice esp during the evenings. A must go in Hillsboro.

I ordered a half spaghetti with bolognese and I was not impressed, the meat tasted gritty and left a bad after taste. Didn’t even finish the half order of spaghetti. Staff was friendly. My husband got the chicken Parmesan and that was good but not amazing. Not in a rush to come back.

I do not recommend the fried calamari. Over cooked and chewy. I also do not recommend the minestrone soup. It’s just a thick tomato bisque with a few veggies thrown in. Absolutely nothing like the real Italian minestrone I used to get at Lido’s on 10th& Belmont. Geeze, I think Progresso in the can beats Bugatti’s. Not kidding What is good though is their baked ziti. Penne pasta, ground beef & sausage, ricotta, green pepper and onion in marinara sauce covered with mozzarella and baked. Turkey club is a big filling sandwich, quality ingredients, good bread. Burgers are craft made, formed not Sysco burger, quality lettuce, tomato and red onion. But here is my beef with Bugatti’s. Much too expensive for what you get. Example: Pasta dishes are $ 14, half is $ 12. …Wait a cotton pickin minute here! Half should be $ 7 or maybe at the most $ 8 dontcha think? Our party of 5 had the calamari app, Baked ziti, soup & half salad, turkey club, Della casa and classic cheese burger, 2 beers, 2 sodas and a water. Total, $ 86 dollars!!! an even C-note with tip. Go there alone or Dutch treat for lunch, or if trying to impress a date bring a pocket load of cash or plastic so you can pay it off by the month. But I just didn’t think it was good enough to squander a Franklin for.

I got bad news today. It took the joy out of the day, and I lost all interest in the idea of grocery shopping and then cooking. Today’s news called for comfort– which I can always get from pasta and wine. Luckily, we live super close to Bugatti’s, and always seem to leave feeling happy. Food tonight was great– I had a salad and the cappellini. My companions had the ravioli and the house fettucine. Everything tasted good and was served at the right temperature. Service started really shaky(long wait to be acknowledged and seated, longer wait for beverages and bread), but the rest of the meal was fine– lots of beverage refills and check-ins. The foccacia was a little overdone. Even with those minor issues, we’ll be back, because I can only go so long between huge bowls of tasty pasta.

This is our favorite Saturday afternoon happy hour. The offerings are great and you can watch a game from the bar booths. The bartender and wait staff are quick and friendly. The food is super. Good portions and really tasty Italian offerings

A local chain — but if you’re not from the area — it could might as well be fine dining! Wasn’t too hungry when I cam here — so only ordered a salad, and split a pizza with a colleague. The salad I ordered was the Pistachio Salad, with Grilled Chicken. This actually pretty good — chicken was well cooked, and the greens were fresh, and had good toppings that included Pistachio, Pickled onions, and feta(i think). The pizza we ordered was average — not a fan of the doughyness of the pizza — but I’m usually this way as i’m from Jersey. Ordered the BBQ chicken pizza which was probably at parity with a Mariott Courtyard pizza.

Wow three and a half stars? Really? Service prompt and efficient. Food served quickly and hot. Seasoned correctly no salt and pepper necessary. I ordered shrimp scampi with creamy pesto and pine nuts. A half was plenty. I got a side salad and two of their meatballs that were served with marinara on the side. I sat at the bar and the seating was quiet and comfortable. Served with warm forcasia bread. A nice red wine at less than 6 bucks complimented the meal. What is not to like here? 5 stars.

Stopped for lunch after a rough final. The hostess greeted me right away & was very friendly. She sat me immediately while I waited for the rest of my group. I thought lunch would be busier but it was slow which was nice. Or maybe the lunch rush was already over. Nobody wants to deal with the table that has the baby, but our server was not swayed & actually brought her a straw to play with as well as her own cup. The food came in decent time, except one plate missed the order. Our server explained that the order tape ran out so the kitchen didn’t get her order. It wasn’t that big of a deal, but our food did get cold since we didn’t want to eat food without her. The overall experience was good & I would recommend this to someone who wants a delicious meal.
