Just had a great experience with A&E after a not-so-good experience with another company(I won’t name them here). Our HVAC stopped working just as the temps were dropping, and A&E sent someone out to diagnose the problem the very next morning. The service professional, Dustin, was very competent, professional, and friendly. They didn’t have the part we needed initially, but they were extremely responsive and kept us well informed about the timeline for getting the part and coming back to fix our heat. When Dustin came back, he went above and beyond to ensure that we wouldn’t have to spend another day without heat, even driving out to Morrisville and back to our house to retrieve a specialty part. The whole process took about 4 days vs. the several weeks we were going back and forth with the other company. Best of all, we don’t have to spend another day shivering by the space heater! We are very happy with the excellent service provided by A&E.

Our A/C stopped blowing cold air and we called A&E. Within a few hours, we had a service visit from Mike, who was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the needed repairs. Diagnostic was $ 95 plus the parts he replaced — all in all seems well worth the cost for the quality service provided. Cool air is already flowing!
