I was promised service between 10am and 1pm. It is currently 4:09pm, and no one has arrived. I am livid. I took time off to wait for them, and when I called in they tried to get me to reschedule for tomorrow. Unbelievable. I can’t even speak to the quality of work or the pricing because they have been so inefficient in their service. I’d give them a zero, if it were an option. Ridiculous.

Came home the other day to find that a pipe had burst due to the cold weather. Had actually called a few other plumbing services and was denied service because they were «too busy» to come over. Progressive was very friendly when I called and sent a guy over within an hour. Steve, the plumber, was great and answered all my questions while also giving me tips on dealing with the insurance company. He fixed the pipe and was on his way.
I’m giving them 5 stars because they went above and beyond in being helpful, but if I could, I would maybe give 4.5 stars because they are rather expensive. Feel like I got what I paid for.
