grass fed beef… That’s all I needed to hear in order to make the trip out. I checked the website and it said they are open year round so we headed out yesterday. The site says they have veggies, beef, pork, chicken and eggs. We arrived around 1, we followed the long driveway onto the property and saw the big farmers market sign. We entered and hmmm no one home. Sucks we came for nothing. That was until we saw the note saying the store was located across the lot in a temp trailer. Inside the trailer was one dude and about 5 huge freezers. Yup that’s correct all the meats here are frozen. The guy said regulations require them to flash freeze the meat immediatey after it comes off the bone.
He said during the warmer months they are located in the barn, have many vegetables to choose from and they do have fresh chickens (not frozen). I’ll report back after I make a spring/​summer trip. Check the website out.
