Silver Key Concierge

Concierge Service:
Between a full time corporate job and an online business, I did not have enough time in the day to get everything done. I looked into several local concierge services but the businesses I spoke to were not offering me the services I was looking for or the level of customer service that I was expecting. I was referred to Andrea with Silver Key Concierge and it was a perfect fit right from the start. I do everything over the phone, email, text, and Google Docs. She completes my tasks within the agreed upon deadline and if needed she will contact me when there is something notable or time-​sensitive. This is one of the best services I have found in the city, it really made me think about how much my time was worth for those chores, errands and planning that take up the weeknight evenings and weekends. I would recommend this service to anyone I know!
Events/​Weddings:
I have worked with Andrea on several weddings and she is and was one of the most organized and professional people I have ever met. The weddings and events she works on are amazing. Andrea was prepared, organized, has excellent problem solving skills and is willing to answer every single question sent her way. She has great customer service skills and makes it a priority to check in with the bride/​groom and/​or hosts of the event throughout the day. I would happily recommend her services!
