Rude people that don’t stand by their installations or products.
They installed a solar water heater for us, assured us we could call them w any problem and from the beginning were unresponsive to our calls and acted like they were doing us this huge favor when they would respond.
Two weeks after install, our roof leaked after they didn’t properly seal the bolts. Took two days of buckets in our house before they came out.
Didn’t install a timer on the electric component like we asked and that took almost two weeks AND they wanted to charge for it.
Even just two years later, they are unresponsive w questions or service calls. And did I mention extremely rude?
With so many solar options out there, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
