Much later and with more hard cost experience: I urge you to look elsewhere, almost anywhere else for any solar work on the Big Island regardless of anyone’s recommendation. Read my previous review for further details of my experience with the Solarman.
Part of Solarman’s schtick by the way is that he claimed he is a licensed contractor. He is not. He was however, a great «con artist», in my opinion. I bought «The Solarman» and his sidekick Doug Myko, hook line and sinker, and got taken for a lot of money.
